Just had my baby there and I can say it was perfect. My obgyn Dr.Harmouche delivered my sweet girl and the nurses were amazing specifically sydnie I hope that’s spelled correctly and Rachel. Thank you so much to both of you for being kind and outstanding. They Seriously need a raise!
ER service is the worst. Administrative lady rude. Lady who put IV was rude doing it. Nurses/PA fighthing for a space to see patients; and if you are admitted to the hospital you will stay in the corridor seated in a chair waiting for testing; and they dont care about age of patient. And the most big concern: physicians and NP discussed your results/discharge with you in the waiting area..no HIPAA protection.
I went to this location on December 24 @ 8am for an MRI and I had such a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and the two gentleman in the MRI room were fantastic. They were detailed, explained the process and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I had an elbow and neck MRI, which at time can be challenging, especially elbow MRI. Kudos to your staff for an amazing experience. G. Morales
I was a patient in the ER and wanted to compliment the staff on the great care I received. Dr Michel listened to my concerns and was a great doctor.  Stacey from catscan made me feel very comfortable during my scan and my nurse Juan took great care of me.  All the staff was lovely and the hospital service was impeccable.
3 hour wait for us to transfer to the hospital downtown. The first ambulance service was a no show, so the nurses nonchalantly called for another service. Good thing our family member isn't dying, or isn't he? I guess it doesn't matter. We are at the mercy of the staff here. Make sure to finish the conversation about your weekend. Good times.
DO NOT GO TO THE ER AT THIS PLACE!!!! To save you and your loved ones some grief choose a different ER. The doctors and nurses at this ER are negligent and should be sued for their negligence. Letting everyone know it's better to be safe than sorry. Choose a place with doctors who actually follow protocol and take their jobs seriously. A disgrace to the health care industry.
I went to the ER yesterday. The room was full and remained so for hours. The staff treated each patient with professional, kind and compassionate care. They worked very hard and steady but not hurried nor careless. I'm very grateful for all of them.
The three times I’ve found myself having to come here have all been around the board great. Patient, kind staff. Doctors actually care. I’ve never felt like I’m being rushed out or overlooked. I’m always stunned at how friendly the nurses are because there are SO many hospitals where you’re treated just horribly. Bravo Houston Methodist team, and THANK YOU!
Came to the ER last night due to high fever 103+ and severe abdominal pain. I took ibuprofen before getting there which brought my fever down upon arrival. I Was left in the lobby for over 10 hours. No IV to help hydrate me. The doctor did blood work and cat scan and told me nothing was wrong with me and treated me like I was lying about my fever. I requested a covid test and he said it wasn't necessary. When I tried to discuss previous Dr visits and some or my concerns he was short and rude to me and wouldn't answer my questions. He discharged me. I was taken to another hospital today and have been diagnosed with Covid and appendicitis. I am diagnosed with ASD and live with my mother. I have now unknowingly exposed my mother who is 75 to Covid. She has COPD and two clots, one in heart and in her lungs. The Dr there was wreckless. I will be finding out his name and calling to make another complaint over the phone. I am currently being prepped for surgery.
Great staff they took me in a room as soon as I walked in. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and very nice. Would definitely recommend. Primary nurse Carolina was so sweet . And Jason NP was very kind and professional
