This is a great gym and cater to grown ups and kid's alike. They are also active in the community and show that they care. Please visit and or become a member.

Came here to lift because I live in the area and hired a trainer that but I absolutely would not recommend. The AC & sauna do not work, the bathroom isn't clean, the equipment is pretty old, my car window was shattered/broken into and the owner of gym never responded to my calls/texts and now after a week of trying to cancel my membership, they are still charging me. Find another gym!!!

My first week here I was referred to my trainer Honey. She has helped me lose and keep off over 30lbs in six months with getting me to eat healthier and stay on task. Great small gym almost feels like a family. If Cheers were a gym this would be it!

I enjoy coming to this gym. My trainer is Rhea and she's great. It's a safe, motivating space for us to work out in.

Awsome gym with that old school vibe with great service, and the best atmosphere, full of the cordial down to earth good people, ! knowledgeable of weightlifting and physical training!!!

Great gym that’s active in the community. Lots of classes and trainers. Locally owned and helps support other black owned small businesses.

Absolutely love this place and the environment. Only 5$ for every visit without a membership. I don’t live on that side of town so I haven’t made the commitment to getting a membership but I’m really thinking about it because I absolutely love it here. They have tons of equipment
