Located in Fayette, the Howard County (Missouri) Public Library serves all of Howard County including the cities of Fayette, Armstrong and New Franklin.
Outreach Librarian is at the Armstrong Community Center from 2 to 5 p.m. the 1st Wed. of each month, at The Lodge from 2 to 5 p.m. on the 3rd Wed. and at the New Franklin Senior Center from 2 to 5 p.m. on the 4th Wed.
