Howard Gap Storage

Decent storage facility especially for the price. Depending who’s there they usually let you fill with water but one person gave me a hard time, she let me do it, but was pretty much watch tapping the whole time. Other than that it’s a safe affordable place to store your rv.

The owners of this storage company are terrific. The facility has state of the art security and is maintained beautifully. They are always quick to let you know if they see anything odd such as lights on, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to store anything from vehicles to household items.

The owners of this business and their employees are very pleasant to do business with. The storage spaces are reasonable and compatible to others around the area. They keep the facilities emaculitly clean. The area is well lite and feels safe.

Had a rat chew through and ruin many of my items stored there for about 8 months. Complained and asked for owner to follow up with me, but owner never called to even appologize, but made office staff call with several excuses and claiming this has never happened before. Terrible customer service from owners and removed my remaining, non rat damged items. DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM THESE PEOPLE!

These people are wonderful to work with. I've had several different storage rooms here at different times to get me through an urgent situation.
