They have a lot to look at in the showroom. I called ahead to see if they had 36" pro ranges and spoke to Bobby, who confirmed. Came it and met with Bobby, who was a very nice gentleman. However, he never did his homework on the products. You would think that of a customer calls and tells you they are coming in to look at a specific product type; you should do a little homework if you're unsure of the product. He had to walk back to his desk about 4 or 5 times to get us answers on things. I knew more about the products. He was also not up on the current promotion. I ended up going to Pacific Sales in Corona and they really knew their stuff. They were able to compare and contrast brands and were able to set me up with a great promo. Needless to say, I purchased my range from Pacific Sales. Better luck next time Bobby.
When possible, I prefer to patronize local merchants rather than buy online. Howard's lived up to its guarantee to price match. I experienced good customer service throughout the process of my microwave purchase. I will be a repeat Howard's customer for other appliances.
"Absolutely spectacular!!" Can't say enough good thing's about this business, Store Manager ARMANDO and location. As well as JOSE, the GE Appliance technician. Urgently needed a new dishwasher about 4 weeks ago. Armando Store Manager immediately helped. Purchased a fantastic GE dishwasher. Needed a technician yesterday to help with understanding some features for optimum functions... Went into the store and, again, Armando was there to help! He called GE and requested 'ASAP' same day service. Jose GE tech was absolutely, hands down THE very best appliance repair person I have ever met! Professional. High level of knowledge and clearly understood, explained answers to ALL my questions. These days, finding the highest level of quality appliances and friendly. Honest and FAST customer support services really stands out!!! "Thank you so much! To Armando and Jose!!" You're wonderful!! A thousand*'s!!
I recomend do not buy from these guys. Bought a range top stove, I purchased the extra warranty from them, the stove stopped working 9 months after purchasing, since it was under a year they said I had to go through manufacturer, so I did they sent a repair company out, on 4 attempts of coming out they can not fix it and the company deemed it a manufacturer defect, and manufacturer will not replace or does Howards, my Thanksgiving was ruined as well as my Christmas dinner will be also.
Don’t buy from Howard’s their insurance sucks! I bought a fridge 1 year ago and it stopped working so the insurance you get when it breaks down has no communication with you. I’m 4 months with out no fridge til this day. The parts are on back order so they say..I keep my food out of a cooler mind you i have 3 minors at home. It’s ridiculous
Armando was great! There were no sales pressure. He showed us everything we wanted to see & got our microwave the very next day.
Order a jennair stove, fridge and dishwasher. They said I was gonna take three months for them to be delivered. The stove and dishwasher came early but the fridge was gonna take another month. Once we received the fridge the fridge came unwrapped without the handles. I called them and they said they would order them. Waited two weeks and nothing. Called and asked how much longer and they said they never put the order in. So they told me to call jennair myself to order them when they’re the ones who delivered an incomplete fridge.
The rating we gave was not towards Howard's . Howard's did a great job on our appliance delivery. t was whirlpools 3rd party co called impact. Our icemaker did not makes ice for 4 days. We were not getting communication from them so we called Joe Howard's mgr and he replaced our refrigerator
We purchased our oven and microwave combination appliance in March 2022. It is now December 15, 2022, and still no appliance, which is to be delivered and installed when received. Every month we are told the delivery will occur next month, but next month never seems to come.
Refrigerator was delivered on time. Efficient, and determined the best way to remove the old fridge and install the new one.
