Howards Pond Park

I was in many parks of our state, only on this pond, in this park I got real pleasure from the captured Trophy

Not many fish but is a beautiful place to relax, feed geese and have fun! Very clean!

Snakeheads have invaded and are eating all the fish in record numbers...more invasive destroying what was ...smh

Very beautiful, has a pavilion with benches. Great for watching and feeding the geese. There are no bathrooms however, so keep that in mind. Playground: There's no playground. Restrooms: There are no available restrooms here. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome. Picnic area: Pavilion with some benches, provides nice shade.

It was a beautiful clear day I could see the fish for foot down kids laughing in the background good place to stop and have lunch but just to give heads up they have no indoor bathroom out house is only bathroom very clean

Clean and big enough so it's not crowded

Excellent example of a successful reforestation. The old signs are still up explaining the trees. The pond here is stocked with trout! See state stocking dates.

Nice pavilion, no playground area. Relaxing fishing for small fish, some bass and catfish. Rumors of larger snakeheads caught but I can't verify this.

Gotta say it isn't an easy place to fish but there is some nice bass in there my biggest from there is 6lbs 3oz
