Terrible experience and I didn’t even use the company, terrible drivers the lady that was operating the truck decided to leave it parked in the middle of the street, blocking traffic for 30 minutes, then when calling the company to ask them to tell the driver to move the lady driving the truck picked up the phone and was extreme rude. Terrible customer service

I had them as my top oil company for 6 years straight, they are great, they are a small family business but were always their when i needed them. I never had a problem with them blessings to them always.

Unfortunately it looks they’ve shut down without any notice or any disclosure. My family has done business with them for 30 years and all we get are disconnect phone # messages when you call them. Very disappointed in a family that I thought were at least decent people.

Easy to talk to, friendly, extremely fair prices-if they consider you in area that day. I had a great first fill described below and when I called again to get a second fill, they told me I was never in their service area?! Seems they decide how busy they are and then change who can be a customer. The installation was fast, and I was given heads up before the driver arrived. They eloquently handled my disgruntled landlord who begrudgingly turned the system on for us after the driver and I saw the tank didn't need to be primed. Given that they're a small operation, you can get some fast turnaround if you're lucky from calling to fill up. It was less than 24 hours for me as a new customer.

Parked in the middle of a one lane street, To put oil in a house with multiple cars behind them and laughed about it, not a smart thing to do when you’re driving a big billboard. Bottom line, ignorant employees.

They are so professional and great. They always do their best to delivery ASAP. They understand your needs on oil delivery to keep your house/business warm. Thank you guys. You are the best

Horrible business, rude employees, no call back. I called for oil on a Monday and the woman told me she could not be out till Wednesday. I informed her I would leave a check in the mailbox. While at work I get a rude voicemail from the oil driver stating that she is at my house and I am not home so she is leaving. I tried calling her back several times, no answer. I tried calling the office, no answer and mailbox full on BOTH phones. Meanwhile, I'm working and have patients everywhere. Finally I reached a woman at the office who stated there was an "issue" previously with my house but couldn't explain what that was or why the driver did not know my check was in the mailbox. Clearly she made a mistake and didn't tell the driver. A complete error on their part and she's being rude to me, saying she didn't know when she could be back. I asked to speak to the owner Tom and never received a call back. Rude. Terrible service. I will never call them again!! I'm gladly taking my business elsewhere, you should too.

I absolutely love them! They are very good! They work with you and always come when you need them even in emergencies! I would never change! And they are ALWAYS happy amazing customer service.
