When I was looking for an attorney to handle my workers comp case I didn’t know what I was looking for, what were the steps needed to be taken or what I needed to do on my end. All my questions and concerns were taken care of by Nathan and his team. He was very direct and helpful with helping me understand the language used in cases. Throughout the entire case we were always in constant communication and on the same page. He got me a great settlement in a timely manner and without issues. I can’t thank Nathan and his team enough. There’s no one else I would recommend they were and are the very best choice.
I referred many of my close friends and family members to Nate Howser at Howser Law, and I must say that he has done an exceptional job in handling their cases. From the first consultation to the settlement, he has shown a high level of professionalism, dedication, and expertise in his work.
My father consulted Mr Howser for a worker compensation case back in 2017. Howser then referred him to a personal injury attorney Sam.H in Dtla. They both ended up "working" together in the case. Well, the biggest mistake was hiring Howser as an attorney. When it came to getting a hold of him or team returning my fathers call / or an update it was unsuccessful. Howser was never available. He let 5+ yrs pass by with no results and what looked like no interest in helping my father. We made them aware of our concerns and also mentioning my father's health was deteriorating after his accident. It felt like they were waiting for the worst to happen due to how we saw the case was being handled by all attorneys involved , Especially Howser. My father passed away in October. howser or his team did not care to make contact regarding my Father . Concluding that they do not care for their clients. Im reading reviews and Im realizing he has done the same to many other people/ cases. Be careful who you hire an as attorney because not all work for you it all depends on their ties thats who they will work for. Some lawyers tend to gave criminal tendencies protected by a license.
From the very beginning of, and throughout the duration of my case, Nathan and his staff stayed on top of deadlines, maintained communication, and what really impressed me were the timely and immediate responses. I never had any concerns. Questions were always answered and it’s clear why he is in such high demand: Nathan knows all aspects of workers comp law, stays current with changes in the laws and there was never a question he couldn’t answer; in addition to all this, he’s a really nice person. Nathan and his staff at Howser Law should be the model for the highest level of professionalism. They were amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and recommend them to any injured employee who needs an outstanding , extremely competent workers’ comp attorney. P.S.: If you ask me, 5 stars aren’t enough!
