Hr2 Holt Renfrew

Very disappointing experience. Bought a pair of Pajar boots from Holt Renfrew HR2 in Brossard for a Syrian Family who just arrived in Canada. One pair of Boots came completely undone after less than 3 days. The poor Syrian lady asked her sister to change them. Would you believe that HR2 asked her to deal with Pajar directly as they do not seem to stand by their products. Pajar wrote that they can not do anything, because it was a final sale, falsely believing that final sales do not carry a warranty. HR2 tells her they are not responsible, and Pajar says they are not responsible.....crazy stuff from such a reputable store. After I spoke and wrote a letter to Ms Distaulo of the store, who is a sweet lady they finally accepted to give a credit note, which is unacceptable. At the very least, a refund.....She did finally accept to refund. Definitely do not recommend shopping at HR2 which is really Holt Renfrew as the sign says out front. That is why I bought the boots for the family, I thought Holt Renfrew was a reputable company....Elio V

You'll find top brands for a very decent price here! I got my Naked and Famous jeans for 15$ when they normally sell for 100$+.
