One star is way too much for this branch. The negative reviews are so true. Does the management care at all? We were there for ten minutes and seen by four 'employees' but none acknowledged our presence. What business are they in?
I give this bank a 5 star for courtesy, service and all around attention to detail in doing business with them. I find the employees from manager to the tellers very helpful and accomodating in my banking business everytime I transact business with them from the time I am inside until I leave the bank!
Service is terrible. I would have left zero star if I could. They asked for my number but never call back. There’s no customer service or follow up whatsoever. I am shutting down my HSBC account and switch to other bank.
Nico Ling said he is the manager at this location, he has very bad attitude and refuse to open account for come in customer. I think HSBC hires in-proper person as manager
