Always give great and speedy service. Staff is always very kind! I only wish you received more points for your purchase on the app or that the rewards didn’t cost so many points. Over $3 for 7 points and it cost 50 points to get a drink half off..doesn’t quite make sense to me.
Where to start! I love this place! You can ask anyone there! I'm there everyday! I love the tea! But the reason why I go is because the employee!!! They are the sweetest girl's and guy's there! They are so sweet! Always smiling! It's like they know you for ever! They go the extra mile just for you! I just want to tell them that I truly appreciate them! I'm the one that always ask for a HUGE SWEET COCONUT ! I LOVE YOU ALL! DUMAS HTEAO HAS THE BEST TEAM!!!!
My wife loves this place so do I. Tons of tea varieties, reasonable prices, interesting merchandise, friendly employees, and peppy country music. We always stop here mid-roadtrip.
The customer service is not good at all. Girl at the window today at 4:30 was not nice at all. We bought 4 drinks and were given only 3. we waited for the girl to come back so we could ask for it, and she was not listening to what the order was and she shut the window on us and came back and gave us a random drink. Be more respectful to the people who are buying from you!

Their tea is always fresh and delicious. They also have fresh fruit to add to your tea. My daughters and I love stopping here as we travel through town.
