The Hu Ke Lau is Western Massachusetts premier full-service venue.

I've never had a bad experience. Comedy shows are top notch. Food is still on par! First time back in a long time, never a disappointment.
Food was Amazing and the atmosphere was very nice.
Very intimidating on the outside, but as soon as you walk into the building, it has this very pleasing and cozy tropical vibe. Great interior decor, as a large party of 20, we were seated after about 10-15 min, which is not bad at all. Our waiter was very respectful and responsive, even though our party gave him a hard time. The reason I am giving 4 stars would only be because of the pricing on the food. The food is great but relatively simple for such high prices. But otherwise LOVE the interior, would recommend for the experience.
Mega like a variety food many options, great price.
It was the worst experience I have ever had,food wise ever. We decided on buffet.half the bins were empty but the real problem was the taste and quality of the food. Tasteless unappealing flavor. I would never suggest to anyone to dine there. We we're a party of 6. All adults. All of us felt the same way.we did not raise a fuss. We did tell the waitress. We will never go there again.
Food was excellent, sushi was awesome. Our server was great! Honestly not sure why I'm bothering writing a review, they are closing in a month and with, from what has been reported, no plans to open anywhere else. Very unfortunate for a local landmark that draws so much great entertainment.
Saw a show and I couldn't see any bad seat in the whole place. I only had desert and it was fabulous. My sister didn't like that they didn't carry ingredients for butterball because it's the only alcoholic drink she likes
Friendly service and good assistance planning company holiday party. Food was tastey and the Hawaiin Christmas show was entertaining. The women, band, and host were the best. The men in the show could've been better as they weren't on point, timing was off, looked a bit sloppy in comparison to women performers, and one kept looking at the other guy to see what he should be doing. I loved the upbeat style of the show. My staff seemed to enjoy.
This place is wonderful, a real call back to the glory days of theme restaurants. Great Polynesian themed decor and really good food from various Asian influences. The wait staff was very helpful and generous. Nice bar area too. Highly recommended.
Karaoke on Fridays, music is pretty good. Dress code strictly enforced. DJ will take some requests, bar tenders are quick and bouncers are polite. Down side... The upstairs dance floor is carpeted and soggy.
