The store had a Grand Re-opening sale. I like the changes. Same helpful staff. Enter to the right takes you right to the front.
I describe this store as okay. I love the quality of yarn that is in this store. However, I have shopped in this store 3 times over the past year and was not at all impressed with the customer service. I won't go back. Each time I have been in there with questions, the employees have not been helpful at all. In fact, each time I asked a question, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I like to give small businesses my business, but I will shop elsewhere or online from now on.
It took me a bit to find this store but I was so happy I did. I wandered in during the day while a knitting class/drop-in clinic was going on. Unlike other stores no one stared at me like, 'what are you doing here?' instead they included me in their conversation. I bought more yarn which I really don't need and knitted a quick little project. I'm going back with a project I'm stalled on. See you soon ladies!
This store sells Casade yarns and they have everything a knitter or crochet needs they have a open group of women that can just come and sit and knit on Thursday night. Also the lady in front is very helpful she is amazing

Wow. This little shop is tucked in some industrial buildings, but once you find it, you've struck gold! An ENORMOUS selection and super friendly staff. They have the largest array of beautiful solids I've seen. They carry lots of staple brands, malabrigo, madelinetosh, Noro, swans island, juniper moon, ombré, and of course classic elite, but they also have a wide variety of smaller companies. I was most impressed with the variety of luxury fibers they carry! So many to choose from! Great experience!
