How was great as a show room sales person!!… I knew exactly what I wanted, and he went to the trouble of wrapping up a floor model for me… Delivery guys were great. They said the couch in the Love chair and the recliner up in my living room… And took away all the cardboard and the packing when they left… very satisfied with the transaction
Al, our salesperson, was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The furniture was perfect for what we see looking for! It was comfortable, stylish, and high quality!! Our rugs were very unique!! We had a fantastic experience!
My experience was not bad but nothing stood out. I was pricing a mattress and I was looking at the showroom when my price was under $500 dollars I was shuffled off to another section and I felt the difference of price range. I was not insulted but I had little time to shop. Also had a vehicle to transport my merchandise. I know that I am not the only one who can be in this situation. I told my husband we should shop around and see what could be available with your competition. Thus was a product for a teenager. It was adequate. My experience was adequate. Will explore more in the future. Thank you.
I had not been here in a few years - many surprises! The building is beautiful . I went looking for a large area rug, which I found. The staff was most helpful. I was walking around and saw a sleeper sofa I had bought in another store, but the same thing was a MUCH better price here. So I cancelled the other and bought it here. Thank you to the staff you were all great!
Al was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with us. The furniture is high quality, that I know will last me for the next thirty years. This is based off the last time I bought furniture from Bassett. For the quality of furniture, the prices were reasonable. Great experience all around. Kristi and Gil Liberty
Very pleased with the assistance that Al, in carpet department gave us. When we went back to order the area rug, Al was on vacation so an extremely nice young lady finished the sale. We are very grateful for their assistance. We will be back.
Sales associate was great and so was the man who helped at warehouse. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because finding the correct pick-up dock was a bit confusing. Better signage directing customers to pick-up site is highly recommended. Thank you for a great product though!
Ordered a new mattress, box spring and couch. Salesperson forgot to order the box spring. Wrong couch was received. One mess up after the next. They were very good about fixing their mistakes but there were many of them. I’ve been going to Huck Finn’s for furniture for about 35 years now. Usually they’ve had great customer service. Definitely no longer the case. I ordered everything in the beginning of May. It’s now mid July. Couch will be another month. So… three 1/2 months to get the correct couch that I was very specific about ordering months ago.
Huck Finn's Warehouse helped me order an office chair today. Their website is very clear and easy to use. They have excellent access to get information by text or phone. The Huck Finn contact person was really friendly, patient and professional. This was greatly appreciated. I wasn't spending a really great deal of money, but they treated me politely and helpfully. I do recommend Huck Finn's Warehouse.
Al was the salesman very friendly and patient. We viewed multiple items and took a long time to make a final decision. We came out We a new living room set in the same day and AL gave us his full attention and made us feel like he was his main focus. Great gentleman.
