Pretty decent trail options. Covered bench seating and a small playground. Love the steel and concrete canopies and signage designed and built by LATech's Architecture students. Lovely place to visit in a ll seasons, and not a far drive out. May see a neighborhood dog trotting around every now and the, but other than that, not much wildlife to be seen.
A great place to bring the kids and go on a hike. We had fun today at Huckleberry Park! Or as Dusty called it Uncle Berry's park/Forest. We even fount a treasure chest! We signed our name and date and put it right back for someone else to find! We played find the nature spiritsfrom Frozen 2 on our hike. We found a lizard, he tried to get away,we wouldn't let him dispite momma/Aunt Melanie telling us to let him go, and he snapped on to Dusty's shirt until momma had to take the shirt off and take the lizard to a bush. We had so much fun and hope we can come back again soon!
It's a great place to get the kids to burn some energy off
The dog and I really enjoyed the trails here! Very much a walk in nature. It was surprising how far I walked considering how tiny it looks at first glance! Was very pleased. Playground: There is a play area here with slides. Restrooms: Yes there's a men and women's restroom however I did not visit them. Dog-friendliness: Yes there was a couple other people there walking and jogging with their dogs as well.
This was a cute little park tucked away in a cute a curve with shade trees everywhere nice and quiet and at the end of a school campus for kids. This little park also has a walking or a bike trail seemed to be about 30-45 minutes long. I was waiting there for my daughter to get off work as I was visiting her from out of town so way had a nice little relaxing moment at that cute little park. Very cosy .
We stopped in for a lunch break while travelling and got some exercise afterwards walking the trail.
My GSD is very nervous in open spaces. The wooded paths provide lots of cover for a great outdoor experience with her. We always carry a mess bag incase she handles business and there are waste baskets at the park entrance for convenience!
Good walking trails very quiet
Decent small walks. You can probably kill an hour or two walking around. There is also a jungle gym play area and a pavillion with benches if you want to host a gathering. You are in a suburb so you are never far from people.
Serene walking trails through a small plot of woods. Enjoyed walking my dog here with the peaceful presence of nature.
