Postal workers loading trucks all night long behind the motel so lots of noise and the staff/ owner very rude unprofessional. We found bed bugs and when brought to the attention of the management they were rude and un professional and un willing to refund our money so it cost us to pay for another motel in Kelso...would not recommend to anyone .. Rooms: Terrible they had bed bugs which seems to me from the locals an ongoing problem
My stay here was great! I stayed a week and it was very nice! Management is friendly and accommodating! My room was very clean and tidy! I was surprised to see how cute the rooms are with the exposed beams on the ceilings and the color accent wall! If I could give 10 stars I would!Rooms: 5/5
They have really cleaned up their act and are focusing on ensuring the decency of their guests. They only do weekly or longer rentals so some of the usual services most hotels offer due to the urgency of readying rooms for a new guest day after day are not available without special request. Most of the renters have been there for a year or longer. The manager and his lady are great people as long as you behave respectfully yo them and fellow guests.they have a 9am -9pm visiting hours for friends and family and you must show I'd at the front desk before going to any rooms so the can manage the riff raff. If they have any reason to believe you are involved in illegal activities you will be asked to leave as the hotel values the safety and peace of it renters. The landscape is beautifully and holiday bbqs for guests to eat, meat , and great each other for no additional charges every few months. They wash bedding and towels once a week, and supply all the basic necessities. Their internet is top of the line, fast and free along with cable TV. You can pay for additional services auch as room cleaning and what not during your registration. Clean ,open friendly tenants. A great place for those who are in between permanent housing and for those starting fresh. Even to come to town or visit family etc. I think its the best short term rental hotel in or around longview, including neighboring Kelson. A short drive from Vancouver, Portland, Mt St Helens and more. Next time you need a place to stay for a week or more, call ahead and hope there's a room available because they fill up fast! Sincerely a 3 yr resident who longs for an apartment of my own but with Wa Income 3x the monthly rental law. Which come to about $650 dollars if you work 40 hrs a week at minimum wage. Compare to places that run for $650 a month to rent in long view. The Hudson manner might as well be the Hilton. Unless. Duck taped together front doors with yellow hallways, and broken mailboxes is more your thing!

Dead bugs everywhere, rooms were definitely not cleaned at all, dirty blankets and sheets, ice machine didn't work, pop machine charged $3 if u had to use a card since it wasn't take change. The guy who runs it is rather rude and I guess we were lucky there was t.p. and what looked like used soap and im hoping clean towels
I believe in supporting family business, but stayed here mostly because everything was booked late in the evening. I did not expect much at all, however, showed up and they required a cash deposit along with the credit card I paid with not a good sign. I agree with last review. Room was not clean, filthy carpet, and dirty bathroom hair on the wall. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags and not using the linens. We noticed fleas in the bedding the next morning. When checking out, they had to inspect the room another sign this is not a good place to stay. We did not notice anything unusual about the other guests, however, we came in late at night and left first chance in the morning. Camping would have been cleaner. The owners should consider renovations along with proper cleaning in between guests.
Rooms are very large. MANAGEMENT IS AMAZING. They are working so hard to clean this place up. The newest upgrade is the internet wifi and its so much faster. The property is looking so much better. Can't wait till all the room upgrades are done. Haven't found any bugs fleas or anything you used to. Would deff stay again.Rooms: 4/5
We ordered a room for 2 nights, when we got in the room it wasn't very clean. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the mirror was never cleaned. My husband and I decided to get a different hotel, when we told the front desk about the room he said he knew it was dirty and refused to give us a refund. We will never stay there or recommend it to anyone. Very sad to see that this it what our world has come to
I just checked in for a week, and the cost was very reasonable! However, there's no garbage can anywhere in the room and no TV remote. I had to go and buy a universal remote just to watch TV! I see why it's so reasonable!!
It was horrible.. We were placed in room 26 and we went out for a night on the town. My wife and I have 8 children and haven't been out for years. We go out and return to the room around 1230am. A few minutes later we were called by the owner asking us to stop shutting the door so loud. I thought maybe I did and apologized and that should have been that So about 2am I left the room with my wife asleep to have a smoke. I was quite so as not to wake my wife. I went back into the room as quite as I could and about ten minutes after I got back in the room the phone rang and it was the owner saying he was going to kick us out if I opened the door again. WHY WOULD I RENT A ROOM TO BE GROUNDED TO IT. He then threatened me. HORRIBLE OWNER and I would never never never wish this place to anyone.
