~~~~~~ BUYER BEWARE~~~~~~ I attempted to meet this man. I live a little over an hour away. On my way I drove thru an awful ambulance accident to purchase an item that was abandoned in a unit. Come to find out last night he was already angered with me because I inquired about an item in November yet didn't attempt to purchase until now. I had car repairs. He is a stranger to me. I did not feel it necessary to explain that since I asked only "is it available and does it need any repairs?" It was not safe to drive an hour until it was fixed. Now fixed I inqired again. I attempted last week to set up a purchase time which I cancelled 3 hours in advance to care for my 96 year old Grandmother who had been diagnosed with Covid. That seemed to anger him as well. I tried a third attempt yesterday. A man driving with excessively loud music collided with an ambulance with a pregnant woman in the ambulance on my route to meet him. I will NEVER text and drive. Again, it ANGERED him I didn't. Now on my way, I stopped for gas at exit 11. Texted him my location and explained the very bad accident. I have never been to Waterford. I did my best to carry on as quickly but as safe as I could. I respect others time but I respect others saftey more. Lack of safety can cost a life, time only cost me a Jewelry box. I have my own health issues. I have a Tumor growing on my spine so this Drive on the best of roads would still have been difficult. When asked to disclose what held me up I left it with the reason for the accident and left my health out of it. I shouldn't have to disclose that to a stranger. Robert went on and on to scold me and it was UNACCEPTABLE. He could've simply stated "I'm sorry, it's too late for me to be going out tonight if you can set up a time before 3pm before I leave everyday and stick to that time I'd be glad to sell it to you then. I wish I could post photos of the whole conversation dating back to November bc I absolutely would. Nothing omitted,  not even from my end. People should know who he really is. It was unnecessary  and he could've shown he had dignity in the way he runs his "business" as well as the way He runs himself. He was not dignified in the slightest. Just another man trying to tear down and bully a woman. It's "Do as I want how I want or else" rather than "I run my business like this and  can you honor that." ~~~~~~~BUYER BEWARE~~~~~

Amazing. Sadly my mom had to use this right after my dad died, they made the awful experience doable. The price was perfect, they let her do a full year I believe or something the staff was super understanding and kind. It is secure each person gets a secure code so they know exactly who is coming in and when as well as the office is right there

I love this place. Cori is so friendly I felt like I already knew her. She also helped me feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in the hands of a stranger. Thank you again Cori and I may be using your storage services again soon.

Clean storage. Inside units are temperature controlled. Friendly owner. No complaints.

I like the fact that it's clean, secure, and under video surveillance.  The management is attentive, and very personable.  I feel good about having my belongings there.

Great price for a good size unit would recommend this storage unit, your not going to get any better for the price.
