About our Pediatric Dentist:

Dr. Waldman went earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 2000. Following dental school she completed a two year residency in pediatric dentistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (now Rutgers University).Dr. Waldren has a heart for children with Special needs so recieved specialized training in sedation as well as sought out to gain experience helping those with with special needs. We are Wheelchair accessable.

Dr.Geri is the best and the staff all together are amazing,I take my 11 year old non verbal autistic son here and hes always so excited to come here. The staff is extremely patient and caring towards my son and he has sat for teeth cleaning and tooth removal. He is comfortable here and I drive an hour just for their care for my sons teeth. Definitely worth it for the care and kindness this office has.
The staff at Hudson Valley Pediatric Dentistry are so nice! I love that with a daughter with severe anxiety both Dr. Geri and the other staff work with her to feel comfortable! Even when she is not able to control her emotions and we have to come back everyone in the office is understanding. I highly recommend them if you have a child who is not a fan of the Dentist because they work with you and your child to make the experience one that they enjoy and remember! Thank You Hudson Valley Pediatric Dentistry!
Today was my first visit to Hudson Valley Pediatric dentistry and I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with smiles, respect, and warmth. The office is clean and bright and welcoming. The staff is efficient and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. It’s an extremely child friendly atmosphere and my kids felt safe. Both the hygienist and dentist clearly have a high level of expertise and I felt I could trust their advice and decisions. I’m so grateful to have found this practice and hope to continue working with them as my children grow.
As a Dental Hygienist I have recommended families to Dr. Geri for many years. When it came time for my daughter to need a pediatric Dentist I did not hesitate to bring her here and I found out first hand what an incredible office it truly is. Children feel completely at ease with the snowy, dog themed atmosphere and inviting waiting room. But the greatest asset is the staff. Every single person that we came in contact with made my daughter feel welcomed and calm. She had to have a few appointments and always looked forward to returning each time! I am so grateful that Dr. Geri helped my daughter and made this experience so fantastic. Do not hesitate to bring your children here!
My son had his tongue tie procedure here and I'm glad we went with Dr. Geri! The staff at Hudson Valley Pediatric Dentistry were very friendly and wonderful. Unfortunately our insurance wouldn't cover the visit, but the care and warmness of the office staff was well worth paying out of pocket. Highly recommend HVPD!!
I took my newborn to Dr. Geri to get his tongue and lip tie revised and it went so smoothly! Then I took my 3 yo for his first cleaning and he loved it! He was entertained and stayed calm. Our next visit in next month and I'm looking forward to it.
I worked with Dr. Geri approximately 14 years ago before she had her own practice and before I had kids. She is hands down the BEST pediatric dentist out there. If your child has a dental related emergency, she will accommodate you, no questions asked, even if it is before or after business hours, depending on the level of the emergency. I have two children now and I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever. My older daughter had to have teeth extracted for orthodontic purposes and was extremely anxious and scared. Dr. Geri and her assistant made her feel at ease and she didn't even feel her teeth come out. My younger daughter chipped her front adult tooth playing at a friend's house last summer - I called the office freaking out naturally. Dr. Geri bonded her tooth and the repair is seriously so impeccable that I can't even tell which tooth it was. I can't advocate enough for Dr. Geri and her staff. Her front desk is kind and personable, and the hygienists are exceptional especially Kalean. When I'm not able to bring my girls in for their cleanings and I've had someone else bring them, Kalean personally calls me from the room with the girls in her chair to go over any concerns I might have and follows up after to let me know how the appointment went. Also - Dr. Geri doesn't accept my insurance, I purchase her in-house savings plan yearly simply because I refuse to take my kids anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This place is awesome! My son absolutely hated going to the dentist. He loves it here. He practically ran to get inside. The people are so nice here. I would give it 10 stars if they had it! Their waiting room is absolutely adorable!
My two kiddos, now four and seven, have been going to the office since they were little. Absolutely everyone there from the front office staff to the hygienists and Dr. Geri make dental visits easy and actually something that they look forward to. my kids enjoy all of the flavor options, the tender, loving care, getting to watch, Netflix shows while wearing sunglasses, and even get to pick out a treat and get fun stickers at the end. they especially get a kick out of the wonderfully themed waiting room.
I can not say enough about dr. Geri and her wonderful sweet staff !!!! I went in for a lip tie for my newborn and I was very nervous. Dr geri talked me through all my concerns and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and left me feeling totally and completely reassured !!!!! The procedure was quick and easy. It was the absolute best thing we did because my sons spitting up has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY! We are so happy. We just love and adore dr geri and love coming to Hudson valley pediatric dentistry !!!! They are the BEST of the BEST !!!!
