So far So good and I just started going here , very nice helpful staff, not the tidiest place but no ones place is perfect either. Got my teeth cleaned and now going for fillings then root canals I'm a very nervous patient . I will update my experience again when fillings are done.

New personal, the receptionist was awesome polite and caring, the Dentist she gave me hope for a smile and so sweet and her assistants she was so nice and caring for my procedure giving hope everthing is gonna be ok with suergry..I was scare when I read the other reviews, but is a New team and I promise they were GREAT,

I've been coming here for a little while now and let me say they are the best dentist around. Good atomshphere and overall everyone is really nice I would so recommend them to my family and friends...

The receptionist and staff were compassionate, but did not respect my time. I had an emergency appointment at 3:30 due to a painful chipped tooth and ended up waiting there until 5:30. After 2 hours I just got a cleaning which I didnt ask for or need because I had gotten a cleaning within the past 6 months, and the dentist merely saw me for 2 minutes, confirmed that my tooth was chipped, and walked off. She made and appointment for nearly a month later. Perhaps they treat others kindly, but I found it disrespectful that they booked an appointment even though they knew they were over booked, and saw all the other patients including some that came in after me, AND left me with no treatment or solution to my aching tooth. The lack of treatment and respect for my time forces me to give this office a 1 star rating.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional, complaining about taking last minute emergencies because it “interferes with him leaving” receptionists cancel last minute, performed a root canal w/o an Adequate amount of Novacaine causing it to be less effective when jabbing my root, of course I swore in pain to which the dentist threatened to kick me out mid procedure, the cap didn’t even last a month before falling out. I wish I could make this up, I didn’t know the Ringling Bros clown college had a dental program. Should all be ashamed of yourselves for not only Fu**ing up my mouth but probably a thousand others also.

This place is so unprofessional they play cat and mouse with you all the time. they would not call my insurance for anything instead made me do everything. Then my insurance company said no they have to call for the information that was needed and my dentist refused. The staff there, especially the receptionist always has an attitude and make you feel like you being there is the worst thing ever. The doctor is also arrogant and has a tone They tell you things that aren't true,all the time. please save your time and don't go there. They also called the police on a customer who was simply explaining that she felt uncomfortable with the way the doctor was speaking to her the doctorand the manager then screamed at her and called the cops for no reason. It was handled very unprofessionally. Then the receptionist comes bback yelling " I can't to do this I am about to punch her I can't be there." All while I am trying to get my teeth cleaned.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to, was so rude. Even refused to see me one time after my cleaning because he said it was getting too late. He can't keep people working there because of how horrible it is. Multiple employees complained to me about how awful he is. He also wanted to give me x-rays while I was pregnant and said it would be my fault if anything was wrong with my teeth since I was opting out of the x-ray. Facility is dirty, would not even go there if it were free. Couldn't figure out how to give him 0 Stars but that's what this dental office deserves.

I have learned to get my own experience i had to take my Dad to the Dentist and looked at the views and started not to take him their because of the reviews well the ladies at the front desk were so helpful they smiled and laughed i would definitely be back my dad said the dentist was very nice to him. So I say what part did you all play its two side to every story. Maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Oh and the you g lady with the green eyes was beautiful

I have been a patient of Dr. Jamie Portalatin for approximately 6 months. All too often people are quick to complain yet it is far too few when someone has a pleasant experience. I am one of those individuals who is nervous at the dentist. However, from the time I spoke with Marissa who scheduled my very first appointment to Dr. Portalatin and everyone in between, I have been treated with nothing but compassion and pleasantries. Everyone has gone out of their way to put me at ease and I have noticed interactions with other patients. They seem to consistently treat everyone the same way. I have now been to several appointments and have written down some of those individuals who have continued to always be helpful and pleasant. I am sure I will miss someone therefore, I cannot stress enough that I have yet to run into an unpleasant or unprofessional person: Dr. Jamie Portalatin Marissa Connie Rachael Lacey Tanisha This dental office deserves recognition as I have some age on me and have been to a few dentists in my lifetime. I will recommend this group to anyone seeking a dental establishment. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and I owe it to these people. Thank you for your time and make it a great day! This place is horrible. The dentist was rushed both times I went in, and refused to speak to me as an adult or explain any type of plan for my teeth. As this was the first time I'd been to a dentist in over a decade, it really put me off. When I went back to get cavities filled, I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen, again-no one told me what was happening, just stuck me in a room and I waited. The actual filling of my teeth was sloppy and I can still feel the over flow which makes it hard to eat at times. Also, he didn't wear any protective eyewear when drilling my teeth. Nearly lost my lunch watching spit etc fly out of my mouth and into his eyes. The receptionist clearly doesn't know what she is doing and is rude on top of that. Do Not Go Here if you value not having panic attacks.
