Unfortunately, I was forced to seek help after my grandmother passed away due to an attempt by family to undermine her estate planning that left me a significant inheritance. I was fortunate enough to retain Craig and his firm. From day one I knew it was a good choice and, in the end, it was the best choice I could have made. His team showed true compassion and professionalism throughout the entire case. It was a complicated case. The other side retained a large Salt Lake City law firm. The case lasted almost 10 months; in the end we were victorious. This was not done without difficulty. Throughout the whole process Craig and his paralegals were absolutely amazing at communicating with me, explaining exactly what was going on with great detail, giving me plenty of options on different strategies, and always asking for my advice and consent on everything. This experience has taught me a great deal. Litigation is expensive, but Craig and his team were fair with their fees and always gave me extremely detailed invoices. I felt like I was in control and never lost sight of what I was fighting for, neither did this amazing team of experts. In the end my secured inheritance was worth many times the fees paid. Craig’s compassion and knowledge combined with the efforts of his educated partner’s and assistant’s tough consistency won the day. I’m very glad this is all over and I know I would not have survived all of this without the help of Craig’s firm.
Craig is an amazing lawyer, very knowledgeable and personable and his services have been invaluable!! He came into our lives at a very difficult time and was able to provide much-needed information and support. He has stayed late when he didn’t “have to“ in order to support us. Craig is amazing. My Sister and I were thrust into guardianship of our Father who is suffering from dementia. We didn’t really know what to do and Craig made himself available last minute to walk us through and finalize our guardianship paperwork. He was very caring, thoughtful and proficient given the difficult situation. Would highly recommend using him for any guardianship/will/estate planning needs

Terrible experience. I would highly recommend that you stay way from this law firm. Do your due diligence and ask for references, etc. He is not an honest person. Very deceptive.
Craig Hughes is a great understanding guy who really cares! There is a relaxed atmosphere and clean offices.
