If you are looking for a place to enjoy some piece and quite, this is the place. There is an on site manager that will help with any questions or problems. A laundry is also located on site for guests to use.
Very nice neighborhood friendly people Been here 2 months now and enjoyed every minute peace and quite
My husband and I have been living here 6 months and couldn’t be happier. We’ve made lifelong friends at this park, were allowed to build our own privacy fence to make it more like a home and are blessed! Beautiful trees and shade
We stayed here because KOA was full. The park seems to favor permanent residents. The management is not professional at all and will nag you over things that you don’t even do. It is an old couple that doesn’t like people at all and I guess has nothing better to do than complain about the residents. The laundry room is pretty run down, as well, so you will need to wash your clothes elsewhere. The park itself has really old and junky buildings that need updating. We left as soon as we could and regret spending our unappreciated money here.
Well I don't y much about it .It probably has 80 to 100 spaces they have propane,it looks like.Sorry no trees or shade. Its brand new, only open 3to 4 months. It does not have your usual, can I say, trailer trash, around there. It seems these are people who are in for the long term. They just installed a new bank of mail boxes, five ft x ten to twelve ft
The park itself is in a great location and is a nice quaint and pretty place. It is not a kid friendly RV Park as they do not want people staying there with children. Which was the first thing asked of me and what I was told when I pulled in. My kids were not going to be there thank God. The next question was if I had a dog which I did not. Then I was told they didn’t want aggressive breed dogs around which I understand. Which then I was told of an aggressive breed dog that some campers had that “disappeared “ from the park more or less hinting that at they had loaded it up and carried it off without the owner knowing. The people that run the park are up in years so maintenance and upkeep is slow. Many of the long term residents seemed older and nice but would roam around looking to complain about something. While I was there many of them seemed to be drunks and would ride around on golf carts drunk or drinking. They were almost like a group of Otis the drunk redneck neighborhood watch members. I observed them telling people to slow down and watch their dogs and pick up after their dogs as well as walking through and around other peoples campsites. They would even gripe about cleaning up after their dogs to people that didn’t have dogs. The worst part about the park is the people that run it and the manager Tex. Tex is one of the rudest most ignorant unpatriotic anti-American anti-government loud mouth type people I’ve ever met. Like he gets all his news and facts from tabloids and Facebook or something. Just a know it all with nonsense diarrhea of the mouth and just an all around trashy individual. Needless to say I will never be back and I would never recommend that place to anyone.
Still has ridiculous and foolish speed bumps and the plethora of speed signs over the top. Laundry room is a disgrace having not been painted over 15 or so years.
Clean and quiet. Everyone, including Tex, are friendly, helpful, but not nosy. The rules are easy to follow and apply to everyone. Good shade and location.
This park is a quiet shady park, it has mostly longtime residents living there, we were there for 3 months, there are no amenities except for a laundry room, also we were responsible for keeping our yard mowed, that was a first even though there for 3 months I have never had to do that, it is close to the lake and beach, and boat ramps.
I like it as far as the location, but it would be a nice place in the management did chase people down over b's. He doesn't like motorcycles, but screaming kids running around he's ok with. I guess old people just have nothing better to do.
