It is really a great school. I go here every day and have a lot of fun. I love that we get to go to different classes instead of staying in one. PROBE classes are challenging but that's what we need! Homework is not more than I can take. I just takes forever because I'm slow. Mrs. Hendricks is one of the best homeroom teachers you could have! She is funny and super nice! Welcome incoming sixth graders! You'll have a great time!
the counseling program is great, but most cafeteria foods are pretty disgusting, some I've found hairs in or mold inside of it, the lunch ladies are very rude. The layout is perfectly fine, they have an outside patio, although they never use it. The school shouldn't be shut down but it needs a lot of work. -a hull middle school student in 7th grade.
This school is terrible. Don't send your child here. I've had many bad experiences. When the buses are released, this girl not mentioning names shoved me and tried to knock me over and there were teachers around. The staff in the bus lanes don't even care, in fact, none of the teachers care what the students do. I do not recommend my school, I've been bullied so much and backstabbed and the staff doesn't even notice. I am warning you: don't enroll your children here. It is crappy and bad quality. The food is frozen and I've found hairs in my meat. DON'T SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
This school is awesome. As a student here, I think that the teachers are great and they want to help you learn. Shout out to Mrs.Salomon, Mr.Wade, Mrs.Derrick, and Mrs.Hendricks! They're awesome and really helped me learn. Even if I have to stay up doing homework.
Hull is great school to go to. The food sucks so much. Some of the teachers are good and some of them don't even know how to teach Miss Patterson. By the way some of the teachers are racist and sexist. Other than that the students are alright, though there will be the usual bullying but it is nothing, unless it gets to too much. But i have had the worst of times and best of times. Overall Hull is pretty good. Shoutout to Mrs.Hughes and Tate
I taught at this school for 11 years until June 2015. Young people, you have no idea how fortunate you are to attend Hull. It's an excellent school. Did you kids know that most public school cafeterias in Georgia require you to walk through a line where servers give you a little of several items. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE at all, and the food is generally bad. Hull's cafeteria is wonderful. Choices abound. Oh, yeah, and the teachers are the bomb. Let's hear from the students who appreciate Hull. And how about some specific feedback rather than just the same old adoelscent complaining?
This school is amazing. I am in 6th grade. All of the teachers are nice and the cafeteria food is pretty good. I would like to give a very special shout out to Mrs. Derrick [ Homeroom and math ], Mr. Wade [ Reading/ELA ], Ms. Pittman [ Social Studies ], Ms. Salomon [ Science ], Mrs. McClellan [ Orchestra ], Mr. Green [ Robotics Rrambot team coach ], and all the other teachers. Hull is amazing and I recomend sending your child here because it has improved a LOT.
The school has improved a lot, or at least improved during the last few days of school. Mr.******** is an overall nice teacher but there will be times where you hate him. The pizza was trash until the few last week's of school. The students are really ghetto and "ratchet" more popular you are the more of a rude person you are. The teacher's favorites are seen like nice and well taught kids , even when you talk to them AT SCHOOL when you're in your personal life, social media the kids are really inappropriate , rude, ignorant, and overall totally not what they seemed like. REALISE I'M TRYING TO KEEP IT SCHOOL FRIENDLY. Also there was a lot of people stealing in the last few days of school. The teachers, with a few exceptions are ignorant, for example if your bus driver is late by 10 minutes and you considerably faraway from the school but good enogh to go to this school, the teachers will definitely blame you. Sometimes teachers can be racist and sexist. The buses: take my advice if you don't want to be sent to an asylum , because the 8th and 7th graders are really rude and loud and personally my bus driver literally slams the brakes down I the middle of the road to get then to shut up, but we also go down with them if this method was useful then we would have let it slide but the 7th and 8th just keep on talking.of course their at excepitions. Also even I you have assigned seats on the bus you will manage to somehow move from seat 1 to seat 8. And that's only because the bus driver doesn't let them sit in the last few rows.
Decent place unfortunately the teachers are a little bit hardcore and put a lot of stress on students. the lunch is nice and is always hot but the kids are the main problem, most of the kids act like hood rats
The teachers are OK ,but not the best. Some of them seem to think that just because that are above students they can treat them badly. It seems that the teachers are pushed to make the students learn a lot of information in a little amount of time causing students to go home with tons of homework. Almost all of the students in all probe during my sixth grade year stayed up till 11 at night and later just finishing homework. Many of the students come into school each day stressed out and tired. The lunch food isn't the best ,but that's not the schools fault. Many of the kids are out of control and mean. However the students seem to be more controlled and nice in the probe classes ,but it is a problem for the whole class. The surveys that they give the students to fill out about the school don't help to fix these problems from what I have seen. It seems that the people in charge don't really understand what's really going on in their school. One good side is that many of the students at least in probe are nice and I made many good friends. Ms. Salomon and Mr. Wade are some of the best teachers there. Even though the students are worked really hard there, it seems that the studenst at least myself and some of my other friends have learned from this school. If you are choosing where to send your child, I would choose to send them somewhere else. However, this school isn't the worst one, it's just not a very good one. I would personally rate it a 3.7 stars out of 5.
