The Major Michael Shipley Memorial Spay/Neuter Clinic is a project of the Humane Society of Putnam County and is open to the public from any county.
All surgery is done by appointment only.

Our mission is to reduce the pet overpopulation in the Upper Cumberland. Our goal is to someday be able to find homes for every healthy and adoptable pet in our area.
Clinic surgery prices range from $60-$90 and include a rabies vaccine.
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
