Customer service is terrible, the girl was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was waiting for a prescription pickup and was ignored for a few minutes before the pharmacist nodded towards me and a girl looked at me and asked me what I was waiting for. Her tone and mannerism was rude during our whole exchange. I would definitely not recommend this place

Sam, the pharmacist is beyond professional and courteous. I know that I'll be well taken care of when he is on duty. Only issue with this location is a lot of their products are really outdated.

Hi everyone, I had an opportunity to visit this pharmacy few times, I found stuff very friendly and helpful. The service was good and it appears that employees take care of your well-being. In the same building there is  located walk in clinic, and the most important part of this clinic is that if you are a refugee claimants they will take your refugee interim health insurance document and you will receive service, you will see the doctor in about 30 minutes wait time. So if you live in Humber College area I would recommend this place to go in case of an emergency, if you feel bad or have any health problems, besides you can have medication filled at the at the pharmacy located right there. The place is open 7 days a week!

Visited few days ago and they charged me 3 times of Pharmacy charges for 3 types of medicines which was in one prescription. While all other places charging one time pharmacy fee for one prescription.

I’m a regular to this pharmacy and I’ll start by saying Sam is great and makes me never wanna go elsewhere. They’ve always worked with me when it came to pricing and I’ve been nothing but extremely happy with the whole experience. They are by far the fastest at prepping your script and always come up with a fair solution if u have an issue. I’ve been to many pharmacies and there’s no comparing. They always make you feel like your around friends when u go in.

Very bad customer service. I have bad experience, one of the girl always talk very rudely and doesn’t explain the things at first place and when you ask her for explanation she talk rude . Just one girl is ruining the customer service. I would never buy my prescription from them today onwards. My family doctor are located in that building, from today onwards I will tell them to email me the prescription or I will pick from doctor office.

They really do deserve the time it takes to write a review.. I've been on the suboxone program for 10 years having made wrong choices when I was in high school. I've moved many many times all over Ontario and have had to visit a pharmacy literally at least once every week for a decade so I've got alot of experience in them.  Only problem is with out insurance it is rather expensive for the medication I personally have prescribed but it is what it is.. Aside form that tho..  None compare. They don't. I love these guys! Respectful, understanding, pleasant, polite, I can go on and on but the one thing that stands out is they are extrmely quick which is by far the number one thing anyone desires in today's world.  If you live in the area transfer over to these guys. You will not regret it that I promise.  :

I’ve only went here recently for the first time but I am super impressed with their speedy service and abilities to help like no other pharmacy has been able to. I’m unable to take pills at the moment thus all my medication has to be made into liquid. It was the Friday of a long weekend and the prescription I needed wasn’t available  in several pharmacies and the closest It could be ordered in was by Tuesday it seemed. But this compound pharmacy was able to order it in by the next morning at 10am regardless of it being a long weekend. Also very minimal wait when picking up the medication. I would return here!

This is the best pharmacy we have been as it does not take 30 mins to provide drugs as compared to other pharmacies. Their service is quick and efficient. The customer service is also great. All employees treat the customer well.

Sammy the owner takes care of all his patients. I have recieved excellent csre from advice to last minute free deliveries. And waiting  that 10 extra minutes for a last minute customer to arrive after 9pm. Humber Green Pharmacy does it all!
