Cassie , Was very proficient in my medical follow up after my kidney removal. She has monitored my medications accordingly and her care has made me feel comfortable as my choice as my primary doctor. Cassandra, is so thoughtful and very knowledgeable about my health. I really appreciate the time she spends with me and answering all my questions . The office staff is just as kind and knowledgeable about their part of getting me checked in and getting me rescheduled and going over my prescriptions that have been sent to the Pharmacy, and checked out. Very well run office. I say "Thank you to each one of them and I really appreciate you"

Love Dr. Chu! She is very interested, attentive, and very knowledgeable regarding questions and/or concerns that I have had. She has a caring and comfortable bedside manner, which means everything to me. My family and I have been patients there for over 25 years and she is by far my favorite doctor there. The clinic is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The nurses are so very caring and really work hard to help alleviate anxiety white coat anxiety. The phlebotomists are very gentle and sweet as well.

I was a walk in. Receptionist was very helpful in accommodating me. The MA & dr. analyzed my ailment & provided 2 scripts promptly. Very pleased.

Arrived, greeted and went back on time. Everything done efficiently. Dr. was attentive to needs. Lab tech took care of me very well. Front desk was attentive even though having a busy morning. Great visit overall

I came here today to establish care but I don’t know if I will be back. My appt was at 8am, was told to come 20min early and they didn’t open the door until 8am. The girl at the front seem very negative and unfriendly. I didn’t see my dr until 30min into my appt which is ridiculous considering I was the first person in the office. I waited a total of 50 minutes before I even saw the dr. I came here for a physical and made sure to fast and wasn’t told until the end of my appt that I couldn’t do my blood work bc the technician wasn't going to be in until 10am. I was told to come back or take time out of my day to go to a different office or lab for blood work. As a breastfeeding mom with a newborn, waiting until 10 or going to a different location is extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time and energy. When I told the girl at the front it was ridiculous I had to show up early and not even be seen and no technician available, she didn’t even seem apologetic or empathetic. This is not customer service or how you run a business.

Very frustrating. Had a virtual appointment and they were supposed to send me a link 30 mins before start time. I didn’t get the link and received no other information. Their phone numbers on websites and google aren’t updated; I called about 5 different numbers and couldn’t reach anyone. I sent a message on the patient portal. I called billing dept and anyone I could get a hold of, but nothing. Then, about 2 hours after my appointment time, I get a virtual link. I wait for 20 mins, then the doctor calls me on the phone and we talk for 2.5 minutes. A lot of effort on my end and poor communication on their end

Dr Ray is the best! He will always be my PCP! Staff is awesome and friendly!

I have decided to seek a new Dr after this visit. I love the staff. They are super sweet, but the Dr's base things too much on statistics and not enough on facts or what they actually see for themselves. My concerns were swept under a rug. How can a Dr diagnose something as being okay, without even taking the time to physically look at it with his own eyes. Dr Wren, you are a sweet Dr, but when the patient mentions an issue, at least look at the issue.
