Humble Kitchen is a food cart serving Vietnamese street food. Local sources, compostable packaging & always scratch made.
We are proudly bringing Vietnamese street food to Brattleboro. Our focus is on simple food done well. We operate from May through October. We source locally & naturally when ever possible. We are home grown & family operated. Our chicken is from Murray's All Natural, pork is all natural from Vermont Family Farm & our tofu is organic Vermont Soy from Hardwick VT. We carry ALL COMPOSTABLE PACKAGING. We run the gamut from crispy BBQ pork belly & a pork pate Banh Mi (that you will need again) to marinated tofu or sultry sesame Shiitake mushroom choices. Enjoy our Banh Mi sandwiches, chile-lime noodle bowls & salad bowls prepared with organic greens, housemade vinaigrettes & additions from our own organic garden. Try our basil limeade and scrumptious desserts as well. Humble Kitchen's offerings are made from scratch daily. Our mix and match menu caters to everyone from meat lovers to vegetarians to gluten free folks (our menu is posted on the top of our wall). We have outdoor seating, dog friendly & we accept credit cards. You can grab lunch & wander across the street to the river too. Come down to 47 Flat Street, a lot know as The Brattleboro Quad. We are located across from the Whetstone Coop footbridge. We are a stones throw from the historic Latchis Hotel & Theater as well as Sam's Outdoor Outfitters. Look for the yellow and white umbrella. The local parking garage is available right down the street & the Preston public lot is directly across from us. You can also follow us on Twitter: @HumbleKitchenVT
