Humble Pharmacy

This place is listed as a participating GoodRx Pharmacy, yet they do not price match the coupon shown in the GoodRx website. Thank goodness I had the foresight to call and confirm before I went to pick up my prescription! My call was answered by an employee that initially was pleasant but later became quite rude and slightly aggressive over the phone for no reason. The employee I spoke to immediately denied the price that was shown on my goodrx website WITH this pharmacies exact name and address next to it. She initially gave me a ridiculous price for my prescription and then when I told her about my coupon before I could finish reading it off she said “I have the same one and the price it’s showing me is XYZ”. I interjected and said, “well the website is telling me “ABC” with your name next to it.” She said that was wrong and to call my doctor. I was baffled at first since GOODRX is a reputable company and having worked in healthcare I was confused as this hadn’t happened to me before. Nevertheless, i apologized, thought maybe I did something wrong, went back to look/called my doc. Confirmed that I indeed had everything was correct. So, I thought maybe I had the wrong coupon or read it wrong and called back but the same employee grabbed the phone from a different one and was very dismissive, flippant, arrogant and extremely rude and said “well that’s not even my cost, please stop calling, you can shop somewhere else” and slammed down the phone. LOL. I work in healthcare myself and am genuinely quite shocked at this type of behavior. This isn’t how you treat new clients/customers. Whoever you are I hope you stop treating prospective customers this way and guess what, I will indeed shop somewhere else and urge all of you to do the same. TLDR; There are far better, *professional* and kinder pharmacies available in the humble/kingwood area. I do not recommend this place at all. Heads up!! According to the GoodRx website, participating pharmacies are contractually obligated to price match with GoodRx coupons so if any of you are in a pickle with a situation like this, do remember that. In this instance this just wasn’t worth my time and will be rectified by never shopping here/getting a prescription here. Please do not get ripped off, healthcare is unnecessarily contentious and gross due to for-profit due to places like this.

Slowest place ever! No line still took over 1 hour to fill a script. Never coming here again!
