While waiting to be established as a new patient, a tooth that needed to be extracted broke off at the gum line. I was given an emergency visit even though not even established yet! I explained that I had 'dental anxiety'. Dr. Lewis was very kind, explained everything carefully then performed the broken tooth extraction with skill. It was extracted quickly and pain free! Dr. Lewis dental assistant was very knowledgeable and skilled at taking X-rays. I received a full exam that day, as well. Jan at the front desk was quick to respond to all my voice messages and answer all my questions with compassion and professionalism. My dental 'anxiety' was met with patience, kindness and care. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and staff!
I’m so excited and have much gratitude to have found Dr. Gordon Lewis and his staff. I was in a pickle when I arrived, and they stepped in and went above and beyond to help me out!!! Truly, I can’t say enough good things. My first experience with all of them was great, very kind and welcoming. I feel I am in good hands for sure
Dr Lewis is more than amazing dental surgeon. I had three root extractions at once and didn’t feel a bit of pain. He explains everything as he goes in a kind manner. We have just moved her two years ago and I feel fortunate to have found him. His staff are all nice and helpful.
I always have a great experience at Gordon Lewis. From the kind and helpful staff to the amenities and services provided, this is the best dentistry I've been to. I know that if I have any sort of problem, they will always be there to listen and help me in any way possible.
Everyone in the office was personable and professional. Dr. Lewis took care to make me comfortable during my procedure. I enjoyed hearing his stories and recommendations about Scotland. I had another good experience here getting my teeth cleaned by Emily. Everyone is so friendly in this office and it has a homey feeling. Couldn’t be happier.
Dr Gordon Lewis and his staff were kind, gentle, and reasonable while caring for my 7 year old son. I am so grateful to have found their practice! Our entire family agrees these folks are the best ever!! Highly recommend this place! From making the appointment, to dental care and treatment, a very pleasant experience! Follow up treatment: Dr Gordon Lewis is patient with my son, kind, his bedside manner is very gentle. My son feels safe and at ease. Dr Lewis couldn’t be more reasonable with his dental cost as well. The practice as a whole is very easy to work with. I really appreciate all of the staff there!!
Dr. Lewis is an excellent dentist. His staff took X-rays and Dr. Lewis actually took the time to go over them with me and patiently answered all my questions. His staff is professional and friendly. Emily who answers the phone has great phone presence. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lewis to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.
For an initial dentist appointment for my toddler the experience here was stress free and enjoyable.The dentist was gentle and patient with my child and my questions. Definitely one of the best dentist experiences I have had. We are now looking forward to the first cleaning appointment.
The folks that clean my teeth are always kind and friendly. I look forward to my cleanings. I sometimes have issues with my claims but that it all because of my health insurance and not at all the fault of Humboldt Smiles. They have been very helpful in helping me work with my annoying insurance provider =]
Lovely, skilled, and friendly staff at all levels. Dr. Lewis is my favorite dentist: as he’s working in my mouth, he tells me exactly what he’s going to do, what he’s doing, and why. Or he will keep up a friendly chitchat as he works. My past experience with other dentists was that they were largely silent while working in my mouth… with occasional “oh“ or “hmmmm” or “my my my.” One of my prior dentists, raised my anxiety levels so high that they ended up always seating me in the children’s room that had pictures of cartoon characters on the ceiling.
