I am from Taiwan for a business trip and my friend invites me to have a Chinese food. Be honest, surprised me that I can have such a great Chinese food in US/NewYork area. For sure, you will enjoy the food here with your family or friends~
Chicken Lo Mein, Pork Pot Stickers, Pork Soup Dumplings, Vegetable E-Noodle, Singapore Mei Fun, Sautéed Chinese Broccoli with Garlic, Sautéed Snow Pea Leave [+Garlic] are pretty good! My family have gotten takeout here often. I like how there is no MSG and it is relatively healthy.
It was truly terrible. The fish was raw and extremely fishy smelling. Even the crispy wonton noodles we're stale. We asked if we could please have lemons for our water, and the older women serving us rudely brings over a single dried-out lemon slice on a toothpick and puts her hand with the toothpick in my husbands face. Then our food arrives looking literally like 'slop', not a typical beautiful Chinese plate, but literally like slop. The shitake's we're rotted and tasted like sour milk and the fish was completely uncooked and raw inside and EXTREMELY 'fishy' tasting and overtly fishy smelling. NOT FRESH! We then politely told the younger waitress about the fish being raw, smelly and of the rotted shitake's too and she sent the older women over to us who crudely and loudly challenged and questioned us. She then very rudely took the plate away loaded with the raw fish. She returns a long while later and just plops the plate back down on our table and walks away. We cut it open and it's all still very raw and very overtly fishy smelling . Disgusted, we ask for the check and she refuses to stop challenging and loudly harassing us with other diners very aware and looking on. It was outrageous. I don't think that these are the original owners because it was so extremely terrible and the food was not only not fresh, but rotted and extremely sloppily presented. We would NEVER put our health at risk again by going there. Someone could wind up getting seriously I'll eating there. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance, it's horrendous.
Amazing food and super nice and efficient staff. Best Chinese food the area. So accommodating!
Their food is delicious! If you’re looking for good homemade comfort Chinese food; then this is spot. 5/5 !
Delicious szechuan spicy tofu with beef and baby bok choy sauteed with garlic! Excellent quality & taste!!!
Very Good Restaurant, Its run by really good chefs , food was so good that even though we ordered about 8-10 dishes nothing was left as we all overate. This was my first time but if this is the kind of food they serve it is at level of some of the best city chinese food. Really good place.
Currently not being able to fly home to Singapore for our favorite seafood and Chinese dishes is a bummer. So when we were invited to Hunan Village II by our friends for dinner we were excited. And our experience truly exceeded our expectations!! The seafood ~ lobster, my favorite crabs, fish steamed & steamed spicy mapo style, veggie dishes and more were really delicious and authentic!! It’s now a must eat place for us when we are in New York!
All of the food is absolutely incredible, the restaurant is really nice, also romantic. The only issue is the prices are quite high, but it is a high end restaurant...what do you expect. The service is out of this world! I only go once a year, yet I feel like I am friends with everyone there. A small issue is that if you are sitting facing the window, occasionally a car that is coming from the train station will shine their brights and it is bright for half a second. Great place to dine!
Our new favorite Chinese restaurant in Westchester. The food is delicious, the tables are spaced well, the wait staff is attentive.
