Hunt House - 4 a Reel Good Time: This is a 2-bedroom barndominium located on Dogwood Springs Farm.
Welcome to Hunt House Condo,
We hope you enjoy your time. This space is dedicated to helping guests rest and relax while enjoying the great outdoors around us.
Kevin and I are happy to be your hosts.
I grew up on this ridge. My mother, Maria Pinder, moved to Dover in 1975 in the attempt to escape the city life in New Jersey. I have been living here since age 9.
We have approximately 60 acres. We enjoy the wildlife.
There are springs and ponds on the property. Currently the property is under a hunting lease in the effort to maintain the property and we ask that no visitors hunt on the property for their safety.
The television is currently only local TV, channels 2, 4, 5 and 8.
My office is located at 1340 Donelson Parkway. This is a historical home that is mentioned in the book, Jack Hinson, a Civil War Sniper. The structure was originally the Rougemont home which occupied 600 acres. You are most welcomed to visit. There is an artesian spring in front of the building and Hinson Creek runs along the property border.
We encourage you to visit Ft. Donelson National Battlefield, Cross Creeks Wildlife Refuge, and Kentucky Lake. This area is rich in history.
Enjoy your stay.
