Difficult to review as very different front and back nine. Front nine took 3 hours and has two holes where you need to carry 150 yards over water. Others you need to know your way round to get your tee shot in the right place as fairways are narrow. Back nine was 2 hours and much more open and simpler to work out where to land your tee shot. Much faster as a we were let through by a guy who seemed to be giving three ladies an on-course golf lesson. Greens, fairways and tees were in reasonable condition and better than most.
After living in this area for 8 years, this golf course is number 2 on my list. It is always in great playing condition, price is right and different contours challenge you each time.
Greens were in good shape. Some fairways were a little rough. Difficult course when playing the first time. Lots of moguls so you can't see where your ball lands many times.
DONT GO! I’m a regular, live across the street. Prices got changed and was never informed. Previously after 3pm was $27 to play 18, fair. They never informed me of the price change until I was in the pro shop. After 1pm is $45!! Insane. Course looks terrible compared to big cypress which is the same price. Never going back to this course. Sand piper is 4 miles away, Cleveland heights is 10 miles and half the price. Huntington hills is black listed. NEVER GO TO THIS COURSE AT THESE RATES.
Excellent conditions…greens and fairways. Friendly staff. Front nine are narrow and challenging. The back nine more open. Overall a great course to challenge your course management skills. Will be playing it more often.
I don't know what's happening to Huntington Hills. There's a man behind the desk that works in the pro shop, sometime around noon time during the week and he is absolutely one of the most rudest man has ever met. He does not know how to handle customers. They literally allow anything to happen on that course. It is a free-for-all. There are fivesomes all the time. And they just do whatever they want. There's never a starter, there's never a Ranger, it is absolute chaos at that course. It's a shame it's truly a shame. Something should be done. And I would love it if someone spoke to me about it
Horrible experience with worker on sat. morning. Starter was super rude as well!!! Customer service was embarrassing. Under cover boss fires 2 people for sure. Course in solid shape, nice layout but staff were beyond rude. Cart guy was very nice.
First time ever golfing on Monday and I had such a great time. The course was very nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Course is in great shape. It is a fair test at a reasonableprice. Greens are a bit slower but they are rolling true. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the practice facilities are average. Driving range and putting green are good but ther is no place to practice pitching and the practice sand trap is poor. There is a pin to chip to but there is no green to replicate playing conditions.
Very nice course. We were there for a charity event and dinner. The dining room is up stairs. The food was good and they had a good wait staff. They also had a cash bar.
