Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. After 6 months of multiple hour phone calls, I was told that my Credit card dispute was pass the time to review. This is after receiving a letter in the mail saying the claim was ruled in my favor. When the money wasn’t refunded, I was told the letter was incorrect. I have personal & business accounts with Key and Chase. I will be closing my business Huntington account as soon as possible and take my business to another bank.
Huntington Bank will not refund stolen debit card funds. They lie, cheat and steal. They stole $3000 from my son claiming chip cards cannot be cloned. He had proof of being at work while his card was used for a Disney trip, Cricket cellphones even though he has Verizon and several other purchases. He has proof he was at work during these purchases and they will not return his money. Huntington isn’t a safe bank.
If you wanna wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru or the lobby come here absolute clown show. Too cheap to hire more than one teller I switched banks.
Treated like a number and not a person while trying to get a business loan. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at this specific branch as if I wasn’t going through enough with starting a new business.
I love this branch! I always feel welcomed, everything is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Their COVID regulations and signs are very prominent and concise, so they're easy to see and understand. I have had Gen help me twice now, and she is just the sweetest! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to talk with!
Service rep here lied to my face to get me out the door honestly. Gave me the wrong information about a particular service they offer which has cost me so much money already. Wish I got her name because I'd file a complaint to corporate. Just avoid this location and go to the Giant Eagle branch location in Sheffield, or better yet, get a better bank. Fix your ATM The ATM at this location rarely works. Does not allow cash deposits half the time.
I would give this branch zero star if I can but 1 is the minimum. Very unsatisfied with this branch. By far, the worst experience. I had to start a business account. I was told to wait for the manager John. I sat down and waited patiently. 45 min later, one of the tellers noted that I was still waited and instead of checking and reminding the manager that someone is waiting for him, He reassured me that the manager will be with me soon and walked outside the bank to their neighboring Subway for his lunch break. I sat down and waited for 15 more min, the manager never came. I complained to the other teller, who did not know why I was waiting and again did not bother to go in and remind the manager. I walked out. I am not sure what relationship this brach has between the employees and their manager that they are scared to go in and remind him that a customer is waiting. I will take my banking somewhere else.
Atm drive thru was great! It looks new, card is always exposed, doesn't get sucked into the machine. You are able to withdraw different dominations $1, $5 $10,$20's etc..etc. very handy!
I went here to complete a wire transfer for a new home & the staff was amazing. Jasmine Graham was the representative helping me & she was great. The Branch Manager Nikki Hamdan was very polite & helpful. I recommend this Branch 100%
This place is definitely the worst brach. Every time i come in they end up messing something up or not know how to do it. I'm not sure if they are not trained but thats not acceptable at all. Huntington customer service and overall banking experience is definitely going down. Like many are saying it's time to switch banks.
