This apartment complex is a peaceful gem nestled in the heart of Friendswood. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Stevenson park, shopping, library, and some great restaurants. The apartment complex is very well maintained and it has a pleasant community atmosphere amongst the neighbors. We have grilled out at the pool, and enjoyed the small work out room as well. One of the things we really like is that the apartment has a generous size storage room just outside of our door which really helped us keep organized.  Each unit comes with a covered parking spot and the community is gated. It is a quiet neighborhood and the residents are friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!

We've been here five years and love it.  The property manager, Kristy, is a peach and is soooo helpful.  She knows everyone by name.  The maintenance and ground crew are always professionally dressed and polite and they do a great job keeping the grounds clean and visually appealing.  They are very quick to address any issues you may have.  The neighbors are all very quiet and respectful.  There's never any partying or loud music.  Decent amount of kids and they all play together and ride bikes.  The neighborhood itself is close to lots of restaurants and activities.  Couldn't ask for a better community to live.

I'm here since 3 months. This place is like dream come true. Extrem nice neighborhood. Very kind nice people.one feel so safe. Its highly maintained appartnment. One one call they fix your issue. Amber is a manager she is always there to listen I wish I could stay here forever. So neat n clean. I made a friend old lady 83 years. U will find mostly old people here they become your friend. It's like one big family living together

I live here. It's wonderful.
