Patient and Family Concerns -- Our goal is for patients to have an excellent experience during their stay at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children. Patients or family members with questions, concerns or grievances are encouraged to:
1.) Press the call button to speak with your nurse.
2.) Ask to speak with your Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager.
3.) If your needs remain unmet, contact the Patient/Family Advocate at (256) 265-2421 or (256) 265-9449, M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. All voicemail messages are returned promptly. If after 5 p.m. or on weekends, you may request assistance from the Administrative Supervisor by dialing "0" (on-campus) or (256) 265-1000 (off-campus).
4.) If further assistance is required, please ask your Charge Nurse to contact the administrative supervisor.

Facebook wall posts or Facebook inbox messages are not effective in expediting your concern or grievance. Out of respect for our caregivers and other staff who work hard to provide excellent care, posts determined to be derogatory in nature will be deleted by an administrator. Before deleting the post, we will attempt to provide the appropriate contact information to address your concern.
Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children has a no solicitation policy, and that policy extends to our Facebook page. North Alabama's only hospital dedicated to caring for the unique needs of women and children with a 16-bed Pediatric Emergency Department, 11-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, 45-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Surgery program and 40-bed Pediatric Inpatient unit that treats infants to 18 years of age. We are also home to one of six St. Jude Children's Research Hospital affiliate clinics for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
