New Hartford Industrial Park offers Rental Space to fit your needs, ample parking and beautiful picnicking area on the Farmington River.
New Hartford Industrial Park (NHIP) is a unique and historical commercial property privately located on the Farmington River in New Hartford, CT.
The industrial park was built in the 1840's and was owned by the Greenwoods Co. until 1901. Many different companies occupied the property thereafter.
The Hurley family purchased the industrial park in 1961 after our facility in Collinsville burnt down. Fifty-three years later, we are still delighted to call this beautiful piece of property home for our spring manufacturing business, The Hurley Mfg. Company, which was founded in 1945.
NHIP had been the home to Ovation Instruments for the past 47 years. Sadly, they closed their doors in June.
In addition to The Hurley Mfg. Company, currently located on the premises are Hurley Specialties, a custom pin and screw manufacturing company and Iron Horse Strength & Fitness gym.
We invite you to call this beautiful river view location home as well for your business.
