I have been a Spartan since conception, if not before! Although I was raised in East Lansing, I did a stint at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, receiving my BA in English and African American Studies. I then returned to East Lansing and received a MA in Higher Adult and Lifelong Education from MSU meeting my future husband in the process.
After college we lived abroad for 9 years. We called Rome, Italy, Athens, Greece and Istanbul, Turkey home, (to name a few) as we traveled for his work. After having two children we returned to the familiarity of my home town, East Lansing, MI and the support of a wonderful family and community here.
Professional: My real estate career began informally over 8 years ago. In that time I have received several designations and will have my associate broker’s license at the end of 2014. Through my experience as a realtor and as a buyer, seller and new construction home owner, I have learned that buying and/or selling a home is usually the largest sales transaction we make in life and it can be stressful. It is important to have someone you trust walking you through it step by step.
