Hwy 29 Cafe

When I was stationed in Vallejo, we made it a point to drive up there for breakfast at least once a month. The food was outstanding, there was a lot of it, and it's affordable. Steak, Eggs, and hash browns are the best on the planet. Definitely worth a stop! This Cafe was the only thing that made dealing with the reservists worth while. We would go for breakfast on Tuesday morning after the working weekend. Superb meals in a comfortable environment. Hard to beat a deal like that.

1st of all the ladies there ROCK on customer service! They never let you want for anything and make you feel like family and welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Now for the food..WHAT??? Delicious, great portions, homemade, always fresh and hot and never a disappointment! This family friendly little gem is a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal and enjoy a country cottage feel while feeling 100% taken care of by caring staff who make you feel like you belong!

Has just switched ownership - no long HWY29 Cafe. I like how much brighter it is but the food needs some work. We have visited twice since the reopen and here's what I've observed. Cornbeef hash is consistently good, but biscuits didn't not seem homemade, gravy was good consistency but bland, and their grits were under cooked and also very bland. I hope they can work out the kinks and get the classics down pat.

Great food! Classic diner experience on the way to Napa. Fast service and great value. Menu has a good mix of small, medium and large serving sizes. Smiles all the way around every time we bring guests.

I had a great breakfast. I had Chili Chilaquilie's and mom had Corned Beef hash and scrambled eggs. Service was very good always checking on us and to see if we needed more coffee.

I enjoyed such a tasty lunch of Chicken Strips, Salad & Coffee. It was so good I MUST return. I inquired about their Onion Rings, and was thrilled to hear that they are Beer Battered. I'll definitely return to try them.

Friendly staff. breakfast was great, big portions. Well cooked and very comfty. Things a truck driver like me can appreciate. Definitely a start on my map.

I love this place. They are always happy to see us and welcome us back like we are remembered. Also, the food is always exactly how I wanted it. This is my favorite breakfast place.

Friendly staff, cute decor and great food.....especially breakfast. Get a table by a window and enjoy the vineyard views. Best priced breakfast in Napa!

Awesome Cafe with lots of energy and neat decor! I only had the french toast, wonderful now I’m looking forward to coming more and trying more offerings!
