Amazing service and the coolest place I've seen ever for storage from the decor to the row names and the race flag starting line in the entry and exit. Everyone is friendly customers included and it's just good vibes all around. I feel my stuff is safe and will not be raised by pests or any person not to be there as well.

Nicest looking and cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend I-5 strange. Prices are very competitive and I got a great discount for my first 4 months.

Sweetest lady employee MARIE full time professional and always respectful to me open-minded and ready to answer any questions you have.. Super efficient doing the Rental agreement on a digital format tablet. Rewarded with the lowest quote from a pool of company's I've tried and called them all and IT  has the best period. I hope you get a chance to rent from them verses the competition.....

Absolutely terrible customer service! I just got off the phone with Yvonne at I-5 Storage. My question was about the web rates and if they increase after the first month.  She was incredibly unfriendly and gave me misinformation about the rate. She became even more rude as I was trying to understand what she was "reading from her paper" and what was listed online. I will definitely NOT be renting here because if this is how they treat potential customers I can't imagine how they treat you once they've got you locked into a lease.

I ve been tenant since 2013. Units and lots are always clean and outside parking as well. Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Unbelievable, lately, businesses are finding a way to make money. Holding the check we sent and making money with charging us, late payment.

Maria was nice with care that i needed. easy and without any delay. Thanks

Visited I-5 Storage in Tustin Michelle Ave. to rent a storage room.  Marie or Maria was genuinely helpful and friendly.  The place is clean and spotless, storage rooms in excellent condition.  And 1st month rent free!  My sister who was helping me loved it also.  Thank you!!! A blessing to find your staff and your place!
