I placed an aisles online order to pick up after I got off of work. Drove to the store picked up my order without incident and went about my way. I later receive a phone call from Will with aisles online asking if I received the 40 pack of water I ordered. I hadn’t noticed that instead of 40 ct pack I had only received a 24 ct pack. I confirmed with Will that I had in fact received the wrong merchandise expecting for him to offer to hold it until I could return to pick it up. Instead, Will immediately offered to have the water delivered to my house and within the hour. As promised, Amber arrived at my home within an hour with the correct case of water. Kudos to Will and the aisles online team for the great customer service it is appreciated!
Wow! I was impressed! I have never purchased a birthday cake for my kids before but my 7 year old wanted something very specific licensed character. I was surprised at how affordable Hy-Vee was! I called to a couple of other places in town that are budget friendly and they didn't have the character we were looking for, one bakery even laughed at my inquiry. I found the PERFECT cake on Hy-Vee's website. Ordering oinline took me just a couple of minutes. When I went to pick up the cake it was even more beautiful in person! I appreciated that the gal even waited to finish my daughter's name until I got there to confirm the correct spelling! She was THRILLED with the result! I will definitely use them again!
Quick and easy, the staff is helpful and friendly. Had Beef Broccoli dinner last night and it was great as always. Having the customer service desk made it quick to pick up some stamps.
I always use a living cashier because I enjoy the friendly exchange of human to human contact. The majority of people I talked to will agree. But when absolutely necessary, they at least have an employee to help with self checkout.
If you are going to offer self check then you best have someone available to manage self check I waited 20 minutes at a self check register after requesting assistance on the screen kept trying to get employees attention they just looked and kept walking I left a whole entire shopping cart full at self check I will gladly take my business elsewhere where employees actually want to do a job
Great store with a good variety of products across the store. Not all products in 1 store are available in another. I go to 2 different hy-vee's regularly. Minimal amount of cashiers prompting many customers to have to use self check out.
I have a good experience every time I come into the store...it's clean and the staff are very friendly and curtious and helpful to me and my friends I bring to the store also....we have no problems finding just what we need....I also give a shout out to the pharmacy for being so helpful and knowledgeable and kind......
Love, hyvee, always easy to get in and out. I've been going here for over ten years. I've recently shopped at some other stores to check prices. Seems like hyvee has marked up prices, then they put signs saying price reduced or matched. Sadly, I've found that some hyvee brand items cost more than name brand items at other stores.
My wife dropped her DL on ground. She called as soon as we got home. They confirmed they found it, and that it was going to be up front with a note on it. We asked if it would be okay if we came in tomorrow on the way home from work since we live 45 minutes away, and my wife works 14 hour days. She got there immediately after work. They not only didn't have her DL but was the TEENAGE manager was extremely rude to my wife and proceeded to tell her it was all her fault because she shouldn't lose her DL.
Very nice place to shop and they always have good sales
