Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a Thanksgiving Dinner for 12 and called the store twice to confirm. We talked to Brittany and even Tyler who’s supposedly one step below the store manager and absolutely useless about this order. We show up at 7 am for to pick it up and there’s nothing! They don’t have and no one has a record of it being written down even though over the phone Brittany was writing it down asking for my name and phone number and what sides, even specified that they only serve Hawaiian Bread for the rolls option! So it sufficiently ruined our Thanksgiving dinner with our family and they WOULD NOT do a single thing to fix this mistake. Shame on them. Everyone do themselves a favor and don’t put your trust in the Sioux Center Hy-Vee for any of your food needs.
The employees have been trying really hard. The shelves still have some empty spots. Got rain checks for sold out item's.
I was not happy with your store there is nobody to help you check out or help to take out your things out. People will be ahead to order from Amazon and have it come right to your house. I will tell all my friends not to shop in your store.
Souix center hyvee has some of the best employees for store & pharmacy The pharmacy gals stay so busy I often wonder how they do it all. I never have to walk down a isles with out a polite chat with informative information. Blessed to have this is our community.
Visiting the area from out of state and needed fruits and vegetables for a large gathering. Their produce department was well stocked with fresh vegetables and fruits that were not only delicious, but looked desirable also. Prices were reasonable and the store associates were pleasant and helpful.
HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. They're not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!
Hy-Vee is one of the finest grocery stores in the midwest. We really miss the brand and the store since our move. Always the best price and excellent customer service!
First time in this store..loved it when I walked through the door.The store inventory absolutely is beautiful.. the food / inventory is arranged and displayed like artwork! Everything in the deli and fresh meat case looks fresh.Employees were super friendly..super clean..inside and out.Can't wait to return!
Small town Hy-Vee, helpful and cheerful smiles in not every aisle. A little understaffed so sometimes you wait to checkout a little. It is a small grocery store by today's standards, but that is a plus in the respect of getting what you need quickly. It is always clean and we'll stocked. Not always the best selections of brands and varieties as it is a smaller store. They also have a new convenience store in the front of the parking lot that offers gas and some food choices.
Friendly staff, clean store, great variety and well managed! Lots of great deals on lunch items, drinks, donuts, and many other items!
