Shouldn’t be rated an 4 star hotel. The parking is insanely far. The walk from my room to my car is a solid 8 minutes. There should be a shuttle moving all the time. If you leave anything in your room the walk back is horrendous. And we had a maintenance guy walk in our room while we were in it. It’s unique and looks different but dang someone walking into my room with my wife!?
I can't comment on the rooms as I was a photographer at an event here and didn't see them. The venue itself was beautiful. The outdoor patio/dock area was really beautiful for cocktail hour. One big challenge is parking. As a guest or a vendor, the parking is a tremendously long walk away, followed by several flights of stairs. There was one golf cart that would bring a few guests over at a time, but in general is was VERY inconvenient. Plus the golf cart was only around prior to the reception starting but not after, so guests who had a lot to drink have to go down some big staircases which is a safety concern i would say. They do need a shuttle service for sure with a few actual buses to get people around.
Check-in: We checked in late and there was one staff at the counter. He could not find my payment information even though I had already paid through Orbitz when I booked the room. Eventually he did find the correct information but it added more inconvenience to the process as my family was already been on the road and can't wait to go to the room and rest. Room condition: The room was a bit old. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom when we checked in the room. There was a used glass sitting outside of the door. TV was good size for the room and a recent model which I thought was the highlight of the room. Amenities: The fitness room was well equipped and decent size although the equipment appears to be more than 10 years old. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance but this information was not disclosed when we booked the place. The main reason we selected this hotel was the swimming pool. It was a major disappointment and we felt deceived. The landscaping was beautiful and location was convenient getting to local restaurants, Costco, and airport. Conclusion: This place has lots of potential but it is overdue for remodeling. There are better places for lower price. Will not stay here again.
Self service hotel !!!!!! Highly NOT recommended. It looked and sounded much better than it actually is. Upon arrival, you realize it's a self service hotel, you have to bring your own bags to the room and no one will help. if they don't have carts, good luck to you. We found out after the 3rd day that they only clean up the room every other day and they don't tell you that. apparently it's too much to be clean every single day !!!!!!! Room size is decent, however, there is no door to the bathroom, only for the toilet, so whenever you someone wakes up at night to do their business, the whole room wakes up with them. Hot water takes a LLLLLOOOOONNNNGGGGG time to get there. You feel there is a lot of wasted space on the property, the breakfast cafeteria is obviously just there so they can say we serve hot breakfast, it's a fast food model where you have to order and they'll bring it to you. You can imagine the line in the morning. There are MUCH better options in the area. Upon leaving, of course there is no one to help with the bags, and when asking the manager for help in getting a cart she says we only have 7 and if they're used there aren't any left, so you basically they want you to exercise when you check in and check out. I highly recommend not staying here, MUCH better options in the area at a more reasonable price. Rooms: bad layout and design, hot water takes a long time Noteworthy details: No service, barely any cleaning,

We used Hyatt Lodge for our wedding. They were very professional and willing to address any issues and concerns we had throughout the weekend. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We had a few issues with early check in's and room arrangements for guests, but Hyatt was very helpful in addressing these concerns and ensuring they were accommodated. They were also helpful ensuring our room block was properly accounted for and addressed any issues with billing. We would recommend Hyatt Lodge for anyone having a wedding, the venue is beautiful and the staff is very helpful to ensure you have a great weekend!
