Everyone from the moment you walk in-very friendly and helpful!! Ed the Manager is very hands on- always available!! Rare to see that! Sara- I believe that was her name-was very nice. Great breakfast and nearby everything!! Wonderful pool and hot tub. Rooms: Extremely clean and large!!! Nearby activities: Close to Saratoga Race track! 30 minutes to Lake George!!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not clean upon our arrival, although we did not notice the dirty carpet or the dirty towel left behind by a prior occupant until the next morning. Carpets in the room and the halls are littered with stains. Management has no problem with people turning the lobby into a landfill that reeks of pot and cheap beer. Worst of all, there was no housekeeping during our two night stay. No vacuuming, no fresh towels, not even emptying the garbage. When I went to take out my own garbage so I didn’t have to spend the night with the smell of my own trash I found that the trash can by the elevator - the only one in sight - was already overflowing. I love Saratoga and will come up here every year but I will never stay in this hotel again. What a dump.

*Beware* -At check-in we were issued keys to another party members room instead of our own. Safe. -Had to return daily to have keys reactivated. -Charged both rooms to the same account. -You have to enter the shower to close the bathroom door. -Can hear every conversation from the hall. -the other room’s door in our party broke and would unlock and open with just a push.

Very polite and efficient staff. Rooms very clean. However, no normal blankets, only very thin kinda wafel sheets. The flexible shower - only in handicap rooms, otherwise all-american-stucked in the wall shower. No microwave or kettle, just a coffee machine.Rooms: 3/5

You could not get a worse experience than this. Booked a one day stay and arrived late. Was told they tried to contact me but the room planned for me had issues. Either accept a room of lesser value or go find another hotel with full refund. Rejected giving another room or paying for me to stay at another property the option was ridiculous in the first place. Will never ever come back again. Reception does not understand they represent their brand.

I’m extremely picky about my accommodation stays especially when traveling with my 4 year old daughter. The Hyatt Place is one of the best. The hotel/hotel room itself is very clean, modern and with the friendliest staff ever Nick and Lainey - you guys rock. They have an adorable bar and dine in area for guests in the lobby, which we totally appreciated being that we were exhausted and sometimes take out doesn’t hit the spot. They have an indoor pool and gym with plenty of parking. For a weekend date, my room should have been way more expensive. I was shocked when I saw the price being that our room was actually comparable to a suite or studio. So happy with my stay. And again, kudos to Nick and Lainey who I’m sure their bosses know went over and above with their kind nature and professionalism. They really treat all of their guests the same and are just so sweet. Anyone would be lucky to have them : Thanks Hyatt Place!!

This hotel was such a great experience for the price! Clean, quiet and comfortable! Our car broke down so we ended up being some what stranded here for 4 days straight, and I’m so grateful for how accommodating and helpful the staff were! The hotel was very clean like cleaner than a lot of expensive hotels, towels and sheets were SPOTLESS! There was some general aging in the room but overall still very nice. We were so grateful for how accommodating they were with our dog, too. Free breakfast, gym & pool. There’s a nice bar area too. Its very quiet and relaxing. After spending the last 96 straight hours here, I can say I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
