One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, let alone at a hotel. Everything was delicious at the buffet. The room is spacious and clean. Crazy light system though. $27 for parking daily. Although the pictures have a indoor pool, we were told that there wasn’t one at the front desk. Little noisy at night since our room was facing a parking garage, but still slept well.

Super clean, awesome location, just a breath from City Center WPB. Great garage parking for $27 a day. A little noisy, but it's downtown City Center. A zillion great restaurants within 1 mile radius.Rooms: 4/5

Rude staff. Specifically Danae. She acted like we were bothering her and wasting her time when we were asking what was in some of the food in the breakfast. She then continuously asked us for our room number, and our names to ensure we were guests in the hotel. When we asked her why she was questioning us she just said, never mind very very rudely. Do not stay here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Vacationing for the first time WPB and we wanted to stay in an area where we could walk to different restaurants and stores. The hotel and the room were clean and I constantly saw housekeepers in the hallway if you needed anything. The breakfast was great and free. I believe the time 7-9 am. But you have options to go to Rosemary Square or Clementis and both are like a 10 minute walk. Both of those locations are filled with variety of food. Parking is $27 a day. I have no complaints with Hyatt Place. Actually that is my preferred hotel when vacationing. Will be back and hopefully they will continue great customer service and upkeep of the hotel.  Safety: My family and I did feel safe walking in that area even in the evening time. You do see quite of bit of people walking or riding bikes. But still be aware of your surrounding no matter where you go.  Walkability: You definitely will get your exercise in walking. Walking is about 10 minutes at most to go to Rosemary Sq or Clementis.

Have nothing bad to say about this location! Like NOTHING! Rooms were great, location, and most improtantly staff!! Breakfast was decent, didn't eat alot of what they had to offer, but it was still good for what it was. Would return if in area again.Rooms: 5/5

Great location in downtown West Palm Beach.  The rooms are spacious and similar to other Hyatt Place properties.  I found the breakfast food very good.  The fitness center was very nice and met my needs.  I would certainly stay again.  Nearby activities: Several restraunts nearby.

Absolute WORST customer service. I am still appalled at how bad the front desk staff were. Specifically Danae, who questioned us three times in the morning about our room number because she thought we just “walked in from the street”. Do not stay here if you want to be treated like a human being.Rooms: 1/5

The cleanliness and staff make this hotel 5 stars! Especially the night shift supervisor, Trey! He checked us in late at night with a smile and was so helpful and friendly with explaining things to do around the hotel. Big props to him and all of the staff with their friendly service!
