Description

Hybrid Fitness was created to build a community of people who want to escape the corporate gym world and be a part of a gym where their input is crucial to helping us build a thriving fitness community.

Our highly experienced coaches are here to not only train you, but teach you about fitness and help you create a lifestyle where you succeed in reaching all your goals.

Within our facility you will not see tons of large machines or other global gym type equipment. TRX, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight will be all you need to get an intense, exciting workout that is guaranteed to help you achieve your goals. We also feature top of the line boxing equipment that can’t be found in most area gyms. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, hybrid fitness will meet your needs!

Our classes, including boot camp and barbell club, will push you to the limits while teaching you the fundamentals of a fitness lifestyle. Don't work out alone, join a team of like-minded individuals who will help push you to levels you never thought possible.

Great gym couldn’t recommend it enough. The equipment is all in great condition and easy to use. But the best part is 100% the staff. The trainer I have worked with Dean has pushed me to leaves I never thought I could reach. And his personality has made every session enjoyable and lots of fun. I couldn’t recommend hybrid fitness enough.
Great trainers, a tight-knit community, and plenty of equipment and workout plans. I have Dean Turner as my personal trainer and it could not have been a better fit. He’s full of energy, highly motivated, and makes a genuine connection with you inside and outside of the gym.
Dean rocks! He will be your biggest cheerleader every time you go in. I’ve been training with him since late May and he continues to push me to grow stronger every time. 10/10 would recommend Hybrid to anyone!
In the past 6 years that I have been weight training with and without professional trainers, I have never found a better gym or staff than at Hybrid Fitness. There is an extremely wide range of equipment for all aspects of exercising. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have been training with Doug ever since I came home from a semester abroad in May and I could not be more proud of the transformation in how I feel and how I look. My parents also go to Hybrid Fitness and enjoy boxing sessions with Doug. For all goals and all activities, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in making a positive change in their life.
Hybrid Fitness is a great gym that is welcoming and has great staff. Doug is a phenomenal trainer that has helped me reach many of my goals and surpass numerous obstacles. The gym provides many different ways to work out, and Doug has brought creative workouts to the gym too. The equipment is diverse, the people are friendly, and it is a very supportive environment.
I've been training at Hybrid Fitness for about 2 months and have already noticed an incredible difference in my strength and overall health. Doug is an extremely knowledgeable trainer and awesome to work with! I came to Hybrid with a previous sports-related injury and Doug tailored my workout to include strengthening exercises to rehab. He is great at explaining how each workout helps build muscle. The gym has a wide range of equipment that you don't see at every corporate gym, making workouts fast, fun and highly productive! I always leave the gym feeling amazing!
Hybrid Fitness is a great place to workout for all types of people. Whether you are; an athlete staying in shape during the season or off season, a young aspiring athlete looking to tune and acquire new skills, or a person just looking to stay healthy and inject some physical activity into your daily routine. This is the place for you. Their workout equipment is top notch and up to date. Most importantly Doug and his staff are VERY nice, helpful, and responsive to any of your questions or concerns. I have been working out there for 2-3 years now and intend to stay for the long foreseeable future. The 24-7 gym access is a great perk. The staff keeps the gym very clean and organized, especially during the cold and flu seasons. I have not ventured into the boxing classes and private lessons, but half of the space is dedicated to that. The workouts look intense, productive, and enticing to join! With all the different walks of training that takes place there I have never felt intimidated or out of place. The gym has a very nice homey feeling, and it is easy to talk to all the staff members.
Doug Dewitt at Hybrid Fitness is probably the best trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He pushes you hard, but not harder than he knows you can be pushed. Let's face it, we all need to be challenged to reach our full potential! I wish he would open up a training facility near my new location. Doug runs a great business but his inept ability to make you feel like you are his only client is probably his best attribute. Not only does he help build muscle, he assists with nutritional needs and questions AND is great at building up your confidence!! I recommend Hybrid Fitness 100%!!
I joined Hybrid Fitness about 6 months back and ever since been a member. Gym is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rates for personal training are very reasonable. Highly recommended! I especially appreciate of what I have learned from Kevin in the personal training sessions that I have taken from him- he plans sessions which are specific to my needs. In addition I've also get many tips from Doug and appreciate the professional way he works with members of Hybrid Fitness. I am very happy with this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to workout.
