Hyde Park Rexburg Idaho

There are several different owners, so not every apartment gets the same experience, but I have met quite a few people in the complex and haven't met anyone who hasn't been satisfied with pricing and upkeep. The one downside is that there are no managers or owners on site, so sometimes it is difficult to get maintenance done, but usually it's not too bad. Also, the apartments are fairly spacious for having only two bedrooms.

I loved living at Hyde Park. We were there for about 5 years. There are 12 different owners for the complex, so make sure you ask if you are getting amenities like AC, a carport, disposal, etc. since not every apartment comes with those. But, I loved the people we met over the years and I love the location close to BYu-I campus. Plus, the price is perfect for such a nice space. Best deal in town in my opinion.

Grounds are very clean and no trash in the parking lots. Visited our relatives there.

Every owner is different, but overall the grounds are pretty clean the car ports are really nice, each apartment has a thin twin washer and dryer, some have a.c. some do not. The heaters are connected to the water heaters and the internet that our landlord has is great, they use Optix. We like to hear it is a really good deal for Rexburg at this time!

Fantastic place to rent from and live. Each of the quadplexes can be individually owned and managed so that is kind of odd. We rented from Pam Owens and had an absolutely fantastic time renting from her.

Cheap rent, but the landlords could care less. Brittany is horrible at following through with anything, and there are around three dogs living in the apartments next to us, which is not allowed. Disappointed with the landlords. Smart Properties do yourself a favor and get someone who actually checks up on the apartments. If the cheap rent is worth it, do it.

I live in an Axiom owned building. We've lived at here since August 2015, and the internet has been down since August 2015. They have come out to try and fix the internet, but nothing they have done has worked. When I emailed them about it using my work computer because I could not email from my house, they marked me as spam and said that the internet has been "working for some time." Other than the horrible internet service, we love Hyde Park! Update 1/18/19 - They eventually fixed the internet after a few months of begging. The living is super comfortable at this cute 4-plex. Grass surrounding the apartments is nice. Close enough to campus to ride a bike walk is you're really ambitious. I also worked downtown, and it was just fine riding a bike that distance as well.

Your experience can really depend on who the owners are. We had great owners and fast internet cable but no A/C. Some apartments do have A/C some don't, overall I had a great experience as a newly married couple.

Tried for weeks to apply to an apartment that was available. Brittany the manager wouldn't reply to any messages we sent, and sold it to someone else. Were we ignored because we have a dog? Really upset with being stonewalled after the tenants of the apartment said we could have their apartment.

great, complex, the apartments are individually owned so it can me hit or miss with the landlords I have heard, from internet and cable being provided will all depend on your landlord not Hyde park as a whole.
