Custom Machined Seals.
Need a custom seal? HydraPak is your one source for custom hydraulic and pneumatic seals in low or high quantities. From polyurethane to nitrile rubber and Teflon to PEEK, we can machine seals up to 650mm (25½") outside-diameter in house, and 1000mm (39¼") sourced through our business partners. Our computer software allows us to produce more than 115 standard profiles as well as countless additional designs to meet your needs.
Machined Plastic Parts
In addition to custom seals, we also produce simple and complex plastic parts from 1piece to high volume order quantities. Components such as bushings, bearings, washers, grommets, backups, gaskets, shims, guide liners, valve seats, etc are available on demand. WaterJet technology provides more accurate cuts and reduces part taper. Our software allows us to program custom gaskets into our system and output them in quantities as few as one and as many as hundreds.

Hydrapak has a huge supply of standard inch size o-rings in the materials—nitrile (buna), fluorocarbon (Viton®) silicone, EPDM, PTFE—that your application requires. We stock hundreds of metric sizes in nitrile and fluorocarbon as well. Whether you are sealing hydraulic oil or brake fluid, gases or water, high or low temperature, we have the o-ring you need in stock. In addition, should you need o-rings for more difficult applications, be they military, medical, or other industry specifications, we have vendors that stock what you need.
