One time I was there the vacumm didn't work and then I went there again didn't get no soap out of the brush and the third time I went everything actually worked it so this experience was good

Use the credit card to make purchase. After pushing button 4 times, the machine still didn't shut off . Overcharged me but I guess that's part of the plan . I called the number no answer there, knock on office door no answer there either. I took a video so I will be showing that management

Went there 9/1/23 vac wouldn't take quarters so used my card charged $10 so far vac keeps running but won't suck up a darn thing but my cash . Smh

The drive thru does a good job but they need to put the dryer timer on the driver's side out side the wash bay cause in a pickup you cannot see it.

$2.25 will get you about 4 minutes of time on the handheld high pressure water wand... then you head on over to the new vacuum line for your vehicle carpets

I used the manual wash and my car turned out sooooo much better!

They have new vacuums and I love them!! They accept cc but it will put a $10 hold on your account until the total amount you use is cleared!!

I rather pay for the 1 dollar vacuum than there fancy new 1.25 one it doesn't even have a powerful suction. Disappointed

I was in Ohio from PA. Just after the snow and my car was covered in salt. I would never go thru a drive thru car wash. But this one was brushless. It was able to get all of the salt off of my car and dried it up nicely. Not to mention that it was very cold up there. They also have self service available also. Good price as well.

Best car self car wash in Ashtabula. The vacuums work excellent, and the wash bays are always clean and functioning properly.
