Good selection of parts/materials/appliances, but their inventory control is lacking. Too many times recently their website has shown 5-10 of something in stock, only to find there are none in store. They need to take more accurate inventory if they’re going to advertise it :

Went to Home Depot today to buy a leaf blower with my husband. First we were at the lights section and we met Dave he was very friendly. Second we went to the leaf blower section, Chris came by to help us. Chris was was very nice, patient and answered most of our questions. Then we met nick, he was very professional, he knows everything about the product, he introduced us a new brand of product and we ended up buying it and he even saved us lost of money. Thank you to the three of them for making our day.

Good clean store some employees are nice, but one employee was rude I was looking to buy a few diffrent restroom fan motor for my stock so I open two different one to to see the motors specially cuz the box never show how the motor mounts just box size but a rude employee try to get on me about it without asking anything even tho I always buy what I open. Ended up only getting what I need for a current job and will get my stock at another store. He need work in customer service and shouldn't come with a aggressive attitude off he bat

Went to Home Depot to search for a matching paint for a project I was working on. Initially I opted for a sample size but the paint was not matching, I was kind of disappointed. Yesenia approached me and ask if she can help with anything. I told her about the paint not matching. She advised me to try the spray cans, and she helped me picked out the matching paint. I want to thank you Yesenia to go above and beyond her duty to help me. She deserve 5 stars.

Hi I bought a fridge from Home Depot, and I have a protection plan for 3 years, and I have an issue that my fridge door handle came out. I called this morning and the guy helped me and he took pictures and he said this will be replaced. After I called back for the reference number and a lady picked up and I told her that I had called before and that the person said that It will be fixed. She said that only mechanical and electrical parts are covered and that they cannot fix it. So why did the worker named Chris say that he will tell the team and get it fixed. And in the protection plan it says that if it breaks down during normal use you can replace it. I'm very disappointed and what's the use of the protection plan when It can't fix a simple thing. Why would I rate it for 5 stars? Because you usually don't need to wait for too long on the checkout line. This is because there is not too much people here. Haha! And I love shopping at homedepot~ Jul 2023 Update : Much worse customer service than before. Bought a few materials for my job today. The lady tried to scan my coupon for a few times but it didn't work, then she gave me a "reason" that I can't use the coupon and left. I purchased the stuffs for $50 more for nothing...

Lovely Home Depot with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and can advise you on whatever home project you are taking on. I like visiting here to check out the cacti, trees and flowers.

Very nice lady named Michelle at Monte’s Home Depot helped me look for the items I was looking for and managed to help me look for the right size for my blinds after I came for the second time since I made a mistake on my measurements and helped me again with no problem !

The staffs there is helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions regarding tools/materials. Home Depot have pretty much all materials to repair home-I like the fact that if I don’t find what I’m looking for, I can find something similar.
