This is the best gym that I have Ever been to. It is worth every single penny. I started going to this gym because it was close to home and I was intrigued with the six week challenge. Let me tell ya— TRANSFORMATIVE. Every single coach there is phenomenal. They hold you accountable, push you, and teach you how to be the best version of yourself. They’re all so sweet and supportive. It’s easier to reach your goals when you have a community of like minded people who are after similar goals. This gym has taught me how to properly go about my food intake and how to stick to my goals. Beginning of the challenge, six weeks sounded scary and almost impossible. Now that the six weeks is up— I can’t imagine going backwards to how I was in week one. These healthier habits have become my lifestyle— and I love it. I can go on and on and on about all the good things about this gym. The main thing is the coaches are top-tier and are 100% cheering for you and want you to succeed, the members are awesome, you’ll have a new FitFam, you’ll gain so much valuable and life changing knowledge, and you’ll have accountability. This. Place. Rules. I love Fittheorem. One of the best decisions I’ve made. Join. Find out for yourself. You won’t regret it. If you’re wanting a positive and healthy change in your life. Come here. 1000% recommend.
I started with the 6 week challenge, had no clue what I got myself into until I was into it & now I feel like something is definitely missing in my life. Unfortunately for me I can’t afford a membership, but trust me I’m working towards that. This gym is everything you need, the coaches are are amazing and genuinely care about each and every one of us, everytime I walked in the door I felt cared for & loved, they are energetic, fun Coach Mackenzie especially and push you to be your best! This was my first time doing kickboxing, It was amazing, it works your entire body and I love that they have strength class on Wednesday because I love my weights. The meal plan was different from what I’m used to but it was doable and I definitely am applying that to my everyday life. I met new people and it felt like I was part of a family! I’d say the Biggest thing of all this gym provides is ACCOUNTABILITY!! If you don’t got you, they got you and to be successful you need that!! This was an experience although I’m very saddened & surprised I didn’t loose 6% I’ll never forget so Thank you to all the coaches!!! I cannot wait to start back again, I miss you all.
The gym always felt super clean. The Coaches all knew my name when I walked in and said hi to me by name. I got a great workout in 45 minutes - quite amazing how much they pack into one class and what a total body cardio conditioning and strengthening class all in one. I participated in and was successful in their 6 week challenge #Mission2Fitt and I’m super happy about that. I feel great and this challenge and classes really helped me get there. I also really appreciated that the classes always had a good warm up and stretch at the end because I think preventing injury is important. The instructors were all very helpful and friendly whenever I asked for help with technique. I had a great private lesson when we got to learn some sparing, which was fun and challenging in a different way. Scheduling classes through the app was simple and easy. I know kickboxing hitt classes aren’t for everyone but I highly recommend checking it out and giving it a try!!
I am so so thankful I found Fit Theorem!! Amazing instructors who are very knowledgeable, patient & FUN! I always leave there feeling like I had a fantastic workout & like I am part of a “family” of workout friends that are all encouraging each other in positive ways to keep going … do one more burpee or one more round house kick or one more jab-cross!! I give Fit Theorem an A+++!!
I asked for a refund due to health issues. They tell me I have to get a form signed by my doctor in order to get my money back!! Why do I have to give you my personal health information for a refund? And I’m not even asking for a full refund because I did two classes..What? This back and forth has been going on since august. Then I ask for a manager to contact me. NOTHING. And this is the white rock location. I’ve sent numerous emails. NOTHING. Absolutely not. I’ll tell everyone be very careful before you do business with these con artists.
I love Fit Theorem! All the coaches are really nice and helpful. I especially appreciate when coach Isaac takes the time to address some techniques to improve your form or to challenge yourself to do better by doing something quicker or adjust a movement or remove a step to be more efficient. I also really like when he is teaching the class, he’ll give more details about how to do a new move or if he sees that he sees that most people do something that he notices then he will mention something like I notice some people tend the do a roundhouse and kind of just hit the side of their legs instead of going through the bag. So I think it helps me reinforce what I should be doing or what I can do to improve because sometimes I’ll forget. Things like just being quicker about do quick jabs instead of letting it rest on the bag. Plus it’s always cool to learn new moves! Like the tornado spinning roundhouse where you push back and spin basically twice and then do a roundhouse. I definitely see that he enjoys helping people and puts the extra effort and enjoys kickboxing. Love Isaac’s morning classes and always look forward to them. I also really like when he goes around and grabs the glove pads and strike shield to help you practice your kicks or jab and crosses. And gives you kind of real life visual or experience to how it would be in a real kickboxing round. Like when we do a knee strike and putting your hand on the bag to visualize pulling your opponent, it feels way different when doing it against a bag than with someone holding the strike shield and you kind of getting a real feel of pulling someone into the knee strike. I’ve been with Fit Theorem since May 2021 and it was hard in the beginning because I hadn’t really had any prior knowledge in kickboxing and they did encourage us to go to the fundamental classes when we needed more practice for beginners. Every now and then I used to go just to kind of get a refresh on proper form. But the more and more I go, the more I felt like I was getting better or faster about different moves or would incorporate them when we have our free style portion round to practice more on some difficult moves. I would always tell anyone and everyone that kickboxing is literally my favorite part of the day and it still continues to be. It’s exercise, but I don’t fully think about it that way. I think it’s because of the coaches and everyone else kind of challenging each other. I’m the type of person, that I like being told how to workout instead of just kind of guessing at the gym. And need proper motivation at a gym instead of working out at home. And it’s not like it’s fully kickboxing, they also have certain days and times that they have kickboxing, strength, animal flow, HIIT and elements. Elements is basically a combination of all. Overall, I’ve stayed with them because they really care and want to support everyone and they make it challenging on some classes more than others, but fun and satisfying. It’s the best way to start my day when I can go in the morning. Or a great way to end after a long work day.
Love being a member of FITT White Rock... you're more than just a member, you feel like family. Great workout environment, as everyone there is so welcoming and they answer any and every question. Very positive community of people, they not only focus on health but also take mental health into account... I'd definitely recommend this place.
I have been an active member of FitTheorem since Jan 2022. I started with the 6 week challenge. The coaches are always available for any and all questions. They are super motivating. When you join you are not only joining a gym but a family! I love it here!!!
Fit Theorem has changed my life for the better! Mentally and physically I was trying program after program gym after gym and not sticking with anything. I was on Instagram scrolling and and saw a 6 week challenge so I said I’m going to go in and talk them. They told me I would be kickboxing - no way did I think kickboxing would work! Eating better and having the support system of the gym and people are what made me keep going! This place is now like my family, and I don’t have to work out everyday but I GET to. Also, I thought I would miss all the junk food but I do not. Fit Theorem made me realize how to eat and how to eat clean! I’ve never felt better and want to keep this new life style going!
This place is such a gem. Makenzie is a ROCKSTAR who provided the most energy and support imaginable during my 6-week challenge. She radiates positivity and will be your biggest cheerleader, but will definitely keep it 100 as you're going through the process. I've taken classes with her, Isaac, Matt, and Aditi so far and they have all been incredibly challenging and rewarding in their own ways. I can't recommend this place enough, not only for the workouts that will have you wringing sweat out of your clothes and/or having someone peel you off the ground haha, but also for the community aspect. I genuinely love it here and have decided to stay on as a member beyond the 6-week challenge that initially brought me in.
