The vision of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 282, is to establish and support economic and social justice for all workers-regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or state of physical handicap. Our goal is to improve the lives of our working families, ensuring that all work is performed by union workers, by enforcing safe and healthy workplaces, and by fighting for fair and reasonable wage rates and benefits.
